Claims (16)
- 第1端子および第2端子を有する複数の2次電池と、
前記複数の2次電池を電気的に連結する連結部材と、
を備え、
前記連結部材には前記第1端子に向かって突出する接続突起が形成され、
前記第1端子には前記接続突起を前記第1端子側に加圧する加圧部が形成され、
前記第1端子には前記連結部材が挿入される連結溝が形成され、
前記加圧部は、前記連結溝の縁で内側に向かって突出形成されたリブ形態からなる、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1端子には前記接続突起が挿入される接続溝が形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部材は、連結板、前記連結板の長さ方向一側端で突出形成された第1接続部、および前記連結板の長さ方向他側端で突出形成された第2接続部を含み、
前記第1接続部および前記第2接続部に接続突起が形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記第1接続部の幅方向の大きさは前記第2接続部の幅方向の大きさよりも大きい、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1接続部の上面は前記連結板の上面よりも低く形成された、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記加圧部には前記第1接続部に向かって突出して前記第1接続部と当接する補強部が形成された、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1接続部には前記加圧部に向かって突出して前記加圧部と当接する補強部が形成された、請求項5に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結部材には幅方向側に突出した部分を有する掛け部が形成され、
前記第1端子には前記第1接続部が挿入される連結溝が形成され、前記連結溝の内側面に突出して前記掛け部と当接する支持部が形成された、請求項3に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記掛け部は、前記連結板から突出し、前記第1接続部の幅方向側に間隙を置いて離隔形成された、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記掛け部は、前記連結板から突出した第1棒部、および前記第1棒部より外側に折り曲げられた第2棒部を含む、請求項9に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記掛け部は、前記連結板の両側端に突出形成され、前記第1接続部と離隔して形成された掛け部との間の間隔は、前記第2接続部と離隔して形成された掛け部との間の間隔よりも大きい、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記連結溝には向き合う両側壁面に支持部が突出形成され、前記第1接続部が挿入される連結溝に形成された支持部間の間隔は前記第2接続部が挿入される連結溝に形成された支持部間の間隔よりも大きく形成された、請求項11に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記掛け部は前記第1接続部の幅方向に突出形成された突起からなり、前記支持部は前記連結溝の内側面で突出した突起からなる、請求項8に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記第1、第2端子には、下部につながったホールが形成され、前記第1、第2端子は前記ホールに挿入設置され、電極群と電気的に連結された集電タブに溶接により接合された下部端子をさらに含み、前記下部端子には前記接続突起が挿入される接続溝が形成された、請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 第1端子および第2端子を有する複数の2次電池と、
前記2次電池を電気的に連結する連結部材と、
を備え、
前記第1端子には前記連結部材が挿入される連結溝が形成され、
前記第1端子には第1方向に向く側面に前記連結部材が挿入される開口が形成され、
前記第2端子には前記連結部材が挿入される連結溝が形成され、
前記第2端子には前記第1方向と反対方向に向く側面に前記連結部材が挿入される開口が形成され、
前記連結部材には前記第1端子に向かって突出する接続突起が形成され、
前記第1端子には前記接続突起を前記第1端子側に加圧する加圧部が形成され、
前記加圧部は、前記連結溝の縁で内側に向かって突出形成されたリブ形態からなる、電池モジュール。 - 前記第1端子に形成された前記連結溝の内側壁には前記連結部材に形成された掛け部と当接して前記掛け部の離脱を防止する支持部が突出形成された、請求項15に記載の電池モジュール。
