Description
Claims (15)
- 歯科ブリッジ(1)を製造する方法であって、セラミック材料の未加工体から作られたブランク(3)を準備し;ブランク(3)に対して機械加工操作を実施し、それをブリッジ構造体(5)と、支持体(6)からブリッジ構造体(5)まで延びる一つ又は複数の保持部分(7)によってブリッジ構造体(5)に連結された支持体(6)とを含む中間製品(4)に変形し;そして保持部分(単数又は複数)(7)が支持体(6)をブリッジ構造体(5)になお連結しながら中間製品(4)に対して焼結操作を実施することを含むこと、ブリッジ構造体がアーチ(8)を形成し、中間製品(4)が支持体(6)をブリッジ構造体(5)に接続する複数の保持部分(7)を含むこと、保持部分(7)の少なくとも幾つかがブリッジ構造体(5)から支持体(6)の共通ハブ(9)に向かって延びるスポークとして造形されること、中間製品(4)に対して実施される焼結操作時に、中間製品が、その支持体(6)上に立設し、かつ少なくとも部分的に垂直方向に延びる保持部分(単数又は複数)(7)を与えられること、及びブリッジ構造体(5)が焼結操作時に保持部分(単数又は複数)(7)によってのみ支持されることを特徴とする方法。
- 保持部分(単数又は複数)(7)が焼結操作後にブリッジ構造体(5)から除去されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 中間製品(4)の支持体(6)の一部が円弧を形成する外部表面(13)を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 焼結操作時に、支持体(6)が、支持体(6)の外部表面が円弧に沿って二つの場所でV−ブロック(12)に当接するような方法でV−ブロック(12)上に載っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 焼結操作時に、中間製品(4)が水平面に対して傾斜された表面(11)に対して載っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 中間製品が複数の保持部分(7)を有し、焼結操作時に、中間製品(4)が、少なくとも一つの保持部分(7)が本質的に垂直方向に延びるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 焼結操作時に、中間製品(4)が回転固形体として造形される要素(16)上に載っていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 中間製品(4)において、ブリッジ構造体(5)が歯科インプラント、インプラント支持当接部又は歯科プレパレーションのための界面を規定するように造形された少なくとも一つの部分(17)を持つような形状にブランク(3)を機械加工することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの保持部分(7)が、歯科インプラント、インプラント支持当接部又は歯科プレパレーションのための界面を規定するように造形された部分(17)と関連するように支持体(6)からブリッジ構造体(5)まで延びることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- ブリッジ構造体(5)が界面を規定するように造形された複数の部分(17)を含み、歯科インプラント、インプラント支持当接部又は歯科プレパレーションのための界面を規定するように造形された各部分(17)が少なくとも一つの関連する保持部分(7)を有することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 複数の保持部分(7)が存在し、少なくとも一つの保持部分(7)が減少した横断面を有し、そこでそれが支持体(6)及びブリッジ構造体(5)の少なくとも一つに会うことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ブランク(3)がジルコニアを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- ブランク(3)が酸化アルミニウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 機械加工操作が予備焼結ブランク(3)に対して実施されることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 歯科ブリッジを作るために好適な焼結製品であって、それが予備焼結ブランクを所望の形状の中間製品(4)に機械加工し、続いて機械加工されたブランクを焼結することによって作られ、焼結製品が6.0〜6.1g/cm3の範囲の密度を有し、焼結製品がブリッジ構造体(5)と、支持体(6)からブリッジ構造体まで延びる一つ又は複数の保持部分(7)によってブリッジ構造体(5)に連結された支持体(6)とを含むこと、ブリッジ構造体がアーチ(8)を形成し、中間製品(4)が支持体(6)をブリッジ構造体(5)に接続する複数の保持部分(7)を含むこと、及び保持部分(7)の少なくとも幾つかがブリッジ構造体(5)から支持体(6)の共通ハブ(9)に向かって延びるスポークとして造形されることを特徴とする焼結製品。
