Description
Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの焼結プロセスにより歯科用補綴物を製造する焼結ブランク(1)であって、 前記焼結ブランク(1)は、前記歯科用補綴物が得られる少なくとも1つの成形体(2)と、前記焼結プロセス後に除去される少なくとも1つの桟部材(3)と、を有し、
前記桟部材(3)は、前記焼結プロセス中に基準面(5)において前記桟部材(3)を支持するための少なくとも1つの摺動突出部(4)を有し、
前記焼結プロセス中に前記基準面(5)において前記成形体(2)を支持するために、前記焼結ブランク(1)は、前記成形体(2)に、相互に離間して配置された一または複数の支持脚部(10)を有し、
前記焼結プロセス中に前記基準面(5)において前記成形体(2)を支持するための前記一もしくは複数の支持脚部(10)、または当該複数の支持脚部(10)のそれぞれが、前記成形体に対して縮小された前記支承面(12)または前記支承点(11)を有することを特徴とする焼結ブランク(1)。 - 前記桟部材(3)は、前記焼結プロセス中に前記基準面(5)において前記桟部材(3)を支持するために、相互に離間して配置された複数の摺動突出部(4)を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の焼結ブランク(1)。
- 前記焼結プロセス中に前記基準面(5)において前記桟部材(3)を支持するための一の摺動突出部(4)が、前記桟部材に対して縮小された支承面(7)または支承点(6)を有すること、または、前記焼結プロセス中に前記基準面(5)において前記桟部材(3)を支持するための複数の摺動突出部(4)または当該複数の摺動突出部(4)のそれぞれが、前記桟部材に対して縮小された支承面(7)または支承点(6)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の焼結ブランク(1)。
- 前記成形体(2)は、複数または対をなす相互に接続された複数の義歯(8)を備えた歯列弓であり、前記桟部材(3)は前記歯列弓の少なくとも2つの義歯(8)を互いに接続することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうちいずれか1項に記載の焼結ブランク(1)。
- 前記歯列弓は内部空間(9)を部分的に囲み、前記桟部材(3)は少なくとも部分的に前記内部空間(9)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の焼結ブランク(1)。
- すべての前記摺動突出部(4)のすべての前記支承点(6)(11)および前記支承面(7,12)のうち少なくとも一方、または、すべての前記摺動突出部(4)のすべての前記支承点(6)(11)および前記支承面(7,12)のうち少なくとも一方およびすべての前記支持脚部(10)が、共通平面(13)に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちいずれか1項に記載の焼結ブランク(1)。
