Claims (5)
- 熱伝導性の基体と、該基体の一端部に固定された冷却素子と、該基体の他端部に固定された加熱素子と、微生物試料用容器とを有し、該冷却素子と該加熱素子との間に形成された載置面に該微生物試料用容器が載置される温度勾配培養器であって、
該微生物試料用容器は、固体培地が充填される下段のシャーレと、該下段のシャーレの上に載置される上段のシャーレとを有し、
該下段のシャーレの一方端部側に高温用の温度プローブが挿入されたパイプが装着され、該下段のシャーレの他方端部側に低温用の温度プローブが挿入されたパイプが装着され、
該上段のシャーレには複数のベントが設けられ、該上段のシャーレの高温側に設けられたベントの数と、該上段のシャーレの低温側に設けられたベントの数は異なっており、該上段のシャーレの底面にポリアミド樹脂製のメッシュシートが貼り付けられ、
該下段のシャーレと該基体との間に、シリコーン樹脂よりなる層が設けられている培養器。 - 前記冷却素子がペルチェ素子である請求項1に記載の培養器。
- 前記加熱素子が、シリコーン樹脂で被覆されたラバーヒータである請求項1に記載の培養器。
- 前記基体の周囲に、前記容器の載置面を除いて断熱材層が設けられている請求項1に記載の培養器。
- 前記微生物試料用容器内の微生物試料の温度を設定温度に保つための温度制御部を有する請求項1に記載の培養器。
