Description

The invention of the present application is a floor-containing flooring in which a support material for supporting a flooring floor material called “koneda” is inserted in the mat body, and a hot water pipe for heat dissipation is piped so as to meander between these kodazai Regarding the hot water mat for heating, more specifically, the size of the conventional mat was limited to about 8m2, but it was expanded to about 15m2, and the diameter of the hot water pipe was used for the conventional mat of about 8m2. Hot water for floor heating with small joists using a piping system that can use the same 5.0mm diameter as the mat with a size of about 15m2 and uniform the temperature distribution throughout the mat. Matt.

Conventional hot water mats insert small joists alternately into the mat body from the upper and lower sides to a position close to the opposite side to form a hot water pipe transition between the opposite side and the end of the small joist. However, a configuration in which a hot water pipe is arranged so as to bypass the small joist is usually used (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-28577).

In the case of such a hot water mat, the hot water pipe is attached to the center or end of the hot water header near the lower side of the mat body, and the two hot water pipes drawn from the header are paired to the right of the mat body. In this method, after meandering around the small joist in the half area, the process then moves to the left half area, and the entire mat is taken in a one-way manner while meandering in the same manner and then returned to the header.

However, in the case of such a hot water mat, the temperature of the hot water immediately after coming out of the header is about 60 ° C., but there is a drop in the water temperature of about 10 ° C. until it returns to the hot water header in one cycle. There is a drawback that the temperature distribution in the mat body is not uniform.

In addition, since the hot water pipe makes a round in the mat body by a one-way method, the piping distance becomes longer by that amount. For example, in the case of a mat of up to about 5 m2, for example, the pressure loss increases when the size is about 8 m2, for example. A large circulation pump must be used, which increases the power cost and adversely affects the environment such as noise and vibration. For this reason, in the case of this one-way piping system, the size of the mat body is limited.

Therefore, the piping of the hot water pipe is divided into two, and the small joists are inserted into the upper and lower sides of the mat body to form the transition portions of the hot water pipes along the upper and lower sides, and the transition portions formed at both ends of the small joists are formed. Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2005-241071 introduces a piping-type mat that is configured to meander around each other.

In addition, the mat that has been introduced forms a mountain fold line in the center in plan view for folding, and further forms a valley fold line perpendicular to the mountain fold line to fold the mat body small and carry it. It is devised so that it is easy to do.

However, in the case of this mat, the hot water pipes are concentrated on the part that detours the small joist, so the temperature distribution becomes non-uniform and the flooring material laid on the small joist has a nail-prohibited section at the center of the mat. Since there are a total of three locations in the upper and lower parts, there is a problem that it takes time to construct a flooring flooring and a trouble of nailing is likely to occur.

Further, in the case of the mat introduced here, a hot water pipe having a diameter of 5.0 mm is used, and the size of the mat at this time is limited to about 8 m @ 2 from pressure loss.
Therefore, if a hot water pipe with a conventional diameter is used for a mat size of about 15 m @ 2, it is necessary to replace the heat source machine with a large one or change the diameter of the hot water pipe to at least 6.0 mm. However, when the pipe diameter is increased in this manner, the mat becomes thick, and there is a problem that the construction conditions are greatly changed compared to the conventional mat.

In addition, in the case of a hot water header that branches and supplies hot water supplied from a heat source machine to each hot water pipe, the flow of hot water tends to drift toward the hot water pipe near the hot water supply port from the heat source machine. This is why the temperature distribution is not uniform.

The present invention is provided in view of such a point, and the first object is to use a pipe having a diameter of 5.0 mm, which is the same as that of the conventional pipe, and capable of accommodating a size of about 15 m 2. It is to provide a hot water mat.

Furthermore, the second purpose is to increase the hot water pipe circuit to 6 to 8 circuits to shorten the extension distance of each hot water pipe, thereby reducing pressure loss and further reducing the length and piping area of each hot water pipe. It is to provide a hot water mat with small joists that is easy to use by equalizing the temperature distribution by equalization.

A third object is to increase the number of hot water pipe circuits to 6 to 8 circuits, thereby greatly reducing pipe resistance (pressure loss) and reducing the pump pump drive power for mats of the same size. It is to provide a hot water mat with small joists.

The fourth purpose is to improve the workability by reducing the number of nail-prohibited sections from 3 (3 rows) to 2 locations in a single mat in the construction of flooring materials laid on the mat. And to provide a hot water mat with small joists that can avoid or reduce the trouble of nailing in the nail-prohibited section by mistake.

The fifth purpose is to make the temperature distribution uniform by devising the piping layout so that the hot water pipe, where the flow of supplied hot water tends to be displaced, takes a larger heat load than other pipes. It is to plan.

As described above, according to the present invention, the small joists are inserted so that the ends of the mats face each other from the upper side and the lower side of the mat, and the transition portion of the hot water pipe is formed between the ends. By means of meandering piping between the small joists through this crossing portion, the following effects can be obtained.

1. As the hot water circuit is increased to 6 or 8 and the extension of the hot water pipe is shortened, the pressure loss is reduced. Even if the hot water mat is expanded to about 15 m2, a heat source machine with the same hot water supply capacity as before can be used.

2. By increasing the number of hot water pipe circuits to 6 or 8, the temperature gradient per circuit is reduced and the temperature distribution is made uniform.
