Claims (3)
- 軸線方向の一方側に吸込口を有し前記軸線方向の他方側に吐出口を有する風洞を備えたケーシングと、
前記風洞内で回転する複数枚の前段翼を備えた前段インペラと、
前記風洞内で回転する複数枚の後段翼を備えた後段インペラと、
前記風洞内の前記前段インペラと前記後段インペラとの間の位置に静止状態で配置された複数の静止翼またはストラッドからなる中段静止部とを有する二重反転式軸流送風機であって、
前記風洞を囲む前記ケーシングの内壁部には、前記中段静止部よりも前記後段インペラ寄りの位置に、前記内壁部の径方向内側に向かい且つ周方向に連続してまたは間隔を開けて延びる乱流発生用突出面が形成されており、
前記乱流発生用突出面は、目標動作点において、前記後段翼の表面で流体の剥離現象が発生することを防止するように形状及び寸法が定められていることを特徴とする二重反転式軸流送風機。 - 前記内壁部には、前記中段静止部よりも前記後段インペラ寄りの位置に、前記内壁部の径方向内側に向かい且つ周方向に連続してまたは間隔を開けて延びる1以上のリブが設けられており、前記リブの前記前段インペラと対向する面が前記乱流発生用突出面を構成していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二重反転式軸流送風機。
- 前記1以上のリブは、前記後段インペラと前記径方向において全体的に対向するように前記吐出口に向かって延びている請求項1に記載の二重反転式軸流送風機。
