Claims (6)
- 車輪と共に回転する回転歯を該回転歯にロック歯が噛み合うロック状態と該ロック状態が解除される非ロック状態とに切り替えるパーキングロック装置と、前記ロック状態にあることを点灯により明示する為のロック表示ランプとを備え、要求信号に基づいて前記パーキングロック装置を作動させて前記ロック状態と前記非ロック状態とを切り替えることにより車両の走行に関わるシフトポジションを電気的に切り替える車両用シフト制御装置であって、
前記ロック状態とする為の所定の要求信号に基づいて前記ロック状態とする際には、車両の電源供給の切替状態に基づいて前記ロック表示ランプの点灯と消灯とを切り替えることを特徴とする車両用シフト制御装置。 - 前記車両の電源供給の切替状態が車両走行を不能とする為の電源オフ状態であるとき、及び前記車両の電源供給の切替状態が前記電源オフ状態から車両走行不能ではあるが車両走行に関わる車両情報を明示する為の表示装置を消灯したまま車両の一部の機能のみ稼働可能とする為の電源一部オン状態へ立ち上げられたときの何れかであるときは、前記ロック表示ランプを消灯することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用シフト制御装置。
- 前記車両は、駆動力源としての電動機と蓄電した電力を前記電動機へ供給する蓄電装置とを備え、前記車両の走行停止中には、該車両に対する外部電源からの電力により前記蓄電装置を充電することが可能であり、
前記所定の要求信号は、前記充電を実行する際に出力される前記ロック状態を確定する為の要求信号であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両用シフト制御装置。 - 前記充電を開始してから所定時間は前記ロック表示ランプを点灯することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の車両用シフト制御装置。
- 前記車両の電源供給の切替状態が車両走行に関わる車両情報を明示する為の表示装置を点灯して車両走行を可能とする為の電源オン状態であるときは、前記ロック表示ランプを点灯することを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の車両用シフト制御装置。
- 前記車両の電源供給の切替状態として車両走行に関わる車両情報を明示する為の表示装置を点灯して車両走行を可能とする為の電源オン状態に遷移可能であり、
前記車両の電源供給の切替状態が車両走行中の前記電源オン状態から車両走行不能ではあるが前記表示装置を消灯したまま車両の一部の機能のみ稼働可能とする為の電源一部オン状態へ立ち下げられたとき、及び前記車両の電源供給の切替状態が前記電源オン状態から前記車両の電源供給の切替状態が車両走行を不能とする為の電源オフ状態とされた後所定時間以内であるときの何れかであるときは、前記ロック表示ランプを点灯するものであり、
前記車両の電源供給の切替状態が車両走行中の前記電源オン状態から前記電源一部オン状態へ立ち下げられた場合における前記所定の要求信号は、前記シフトポジションを切り替える為の操作装置における操作位置に応じた位置信号に基づいて出力される前記ロック状態とする為の要求信号であり、
前記車両の電源供給の切替状態が前記電源オン状態から前記電源オフ状態とされた後所定時間以内である場合における前記所定の要求信号は、前記車両の電源供給の切替状態が前記電源オン状態から前記電源オフ状態とされることに伴って出力される前記ロック状態とする為の要求信号であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の車両用シフト制御装置。
