Description
上記実施の形態で説明した光電変換素子の具体例として、色素増感型太陽電池を以下の手順で作製した。
色素として、化2(1)に示した化合物に代えて、化2(2)に示した化合物(実験例2)、化2(3)に示した化合物(実験例3)、化3(1)に示した化合物(実験例4)、化3(2)に示した化合物(実験例5)、化3(3)に示した化合物(実験例6)、化4(1)に示した化合物(実験例7)、化4(2)に示した化合物(実験例8)、化4(3)に示した化合物(実験例9)をそれぞれ用いたことを除き、実験例1と同様の手順を経た。
色素として、化2(3)に示した化合物と共に化5(1)に示した化合物を用いたことを除き、実験例1と同様の手順を経た。その際、金属酸化物半導体層12を形成した導電性基板11をエタノールに対して化2(3)に示した化合物(500μmol/l)、化5(1)に示した化合物(500μmol/l)の濃度になるように調整した溶液に浸漬し、色素14を担持させることにより、作用電極10を作製した。
色素として、化2(3)に示した化合物と共に化5(2)に示した化合物(実験例11)、化4(1)に示した化合物と共に化5(1)に示した化合物(実験例12)、化4(1)に示した化合物と共に化5(2)に示した化合物(実験例13)をそれぞれ用いたことを除き、実験例10と同様の手順を経た。
色素として、化2(1)に示した化合物に代えて、化6(1)〜(3)、化7(1)〜(3)、化8(1)〜(3)および化5(1),(2)に示した化合物をそれぞれ用いたことを除き、実験例1と同様の手順を経た。
色素として、化8(2)に示した化合物と共に化8(3)に示した化合物を用いたことを除き、実験例10と同様の手順を経た。
Claims (4)
- 色素と、この色素を担持する担持体とを有する電極を備える光電変換素子であって、
前記色素は、化1で表される化合物を含み、
前記担持体は、酸化亜鉛を含む
ことを特徴とする光電変換素子。
- 前記電子供与性基は、アルコキシ基、アルキル基またはアミノ基である
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の光電変換素子。 - 前記化1に示したnは、0、1または2である
ことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の光電変換素子。 - 前記色素は、さらに、前記化1に示した化合物の最大吸収波長より短い波長を最大吸収波長として有する化合物を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の光電変換素子。
