Claims (7)
- ロータ(1a)とステータ(1b)とが収容されたハウジング(1c)を有するモータ(1)と、前記モータ(1)により駆動される作業装置とを備えるモータ利用機械(10)において、
前記ハウジング(1c)内の前記ロータ(1a)と前記ステータ(1b)とに臨む内部空間に冷却液を注入し、且つ前記内部空間から前記冷却液を排出する冷却液供給手段(2,3)と、
運転者が前記作業装置の瞬時的な動作を操作するための第1の操作入力とは別途に、前記運転者からの第2の操作入力を入力する入力装置(7)と、
前記運転者からの第1の操作入力に応答せずに、前記入力装置に入力された前記運転者からの第2の操作入力に応答して、前記冷却液供給手段を制御して、前記内部空間に存在する前記冷却液の量を変更する制御手段(6)と
を備えるモータ利用機械。 - 前記第2の操作入力は、前記運転者が意図する前記モータ(1)の回転速度レンジのレベル、又は前記運転者が意図する前記モータ(1)のトルクレンジもしくは冷却能力のレベルを表し、
前記制御手段(6)は、前記第2の操作入力に応答して、前記意図する回転速度レンジのレベルが所定レベルより低いか又は前記意図するトルクレンジもしくは冷却能力レンジのレベルが所定レベルより高い場合、前記意図する回転速度レンジのレベルが前記所定レベル以上であるか又は前記意図するトルクレンジもしくは冷却能力レンジのレベルが所定レベル以下である場合に比較して、前記内部空間に存在する前記冷却液の量がより多くなるように、前記冷却液供給手段(2,3)を制御する、
請求項1記載のモータ利用機械。 - 前記入力装置(7)は、前記運転者が前記第2の操作入力のみを専用に入力するためのスイッチ、又は、前記モータ(1)の出力を前記作業装置へ伝達するためのトランスミッションの変速ギアを前記運転者が選択するギアチェンジ装置である請求項2記載のモータ利用機械。
- 前記モータ(1)の通電電流の大きさを検出する電流検出手段を更に備え、
前記制御手段は、前記内部空間に存在する前記冷却液の量を所定量以上に制御している場合、前記電流検出手段に応答して前記冷却液供給手段を制御して、前記内部空間を流れる前記冷却液の流量を変更する、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のモータ利用機械。 - 前記冷却液供給手段が、
前記モータ(1)の前記内部空間に連通する容量可変の液貯め部(25b)を有し、前記内部空間外に存在する余分な量の冷却液を前記液貯め部(25b)内で保管し、制御手段(26)によって前記液貯め部(25b)の容量が変更されることにより前記内部空間に存在する前記冷却液の量を変更することができるようになったシリンダ(25)と、
前記冷却液を前記内部空間から排出させて再び前記内部空間へ送り込む循環ポンプ(23)と、
前記循環ポンプ(23)により前記内部空間から排出された前記冷却液を、前記内部空間に再び注入する前に、冷却する冷却手段(24)と
を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のモータ利用機械。 - 前記冷却液が、前記モータ(1)の絶縁階級の温度よりも高い沸点をもつ物質である請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のモータ利用機械。
- 前記モータ(21)が、
前記ハウジング(1c)の上部から上方に突出する突出部(21a)を備え、前記突出部は、前記内部空間と前記モータ(1)の外部の空間とに連通して、前記内部空間内の前記冷却液の量の変化に応じて前記内部空間内の気体の量を変化させる
請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のモータ利用機械。
