Abstract
【解決手段】エンジン7の回転数に応じた発電量を出力する発電機8と、この発電機8の発電量に応じて駆動されるポンプ電動機11と、このポンプ電動機11によって駆動される油圧ポンプ12a,12bと、荷台を形成するボディ5を上下方向に回動させるボディ上げシリンダ6と、このボディ上げシリンダ6の操作量を検出する操作量検出装置14とを備え、エンジン回転数の制御を行なうとともに、操作量検出装置14で検出された操作量に相当するポンプ電動機11の電力を求めるポンプ電動機電力演算手段19aと、発電機8の発電量が、求められたポンプ電動機11の電力よりも大きくなったかどうか判別する判別手段19bとを含む制御装置19を備えた構成にしてある。

Claims (3)
- 車体フレームと、この車体フレームに対して上下方向に回動可能に設けられ、荷台を形成するボディとを有するダンプトラックに装備され、
エンジンと、このエンジンの回転数に応じた発電量を出力する発電機と、この発電機の発電量に応じて駆動されるポンプ電動機と、このポンプ電動機によって駆動される油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプから吐出される圧油によって作動し、上記ボディを上下方向に回動させるボディ上げシリンダとを備えたダンプトラックの油圧駆動装置において、
上記ボディ上げシリンダの操作量を検出する操作量検出装置と、
上記エンジンの回転数の制御を行なうとともに、上記操作量検出装置で検出された操作量に相応する上記ポンプ電動機の電力を求めるポンプ電動機電力演算手段と、上記発電機の発電量が、上記ポンプ電動機電力演算手段で求められた上記電動機の電力よりも大きくなったかどうか判別する判別手段とを含む制御装置とを備えたことを特徴とするダンプトラックの油圧駆動装置。 - 上記請求項1記載の発明において、
上記エンジンと上記発電機との組み合わせと、上記ポンプ原動機と上記油圧ポンプとの組み合わせを互いに離隔させて配置したことを特徴とするダンプトラックの油圧駆動装置。 - 上記請求項1または2記載の発明において、
上記制御装置は、上記判別手段で上記発電機の発電量が、上記ポンプ電動機電力演算手段で求められた上記電動機の電力よりも大きくなったと判別されたとき、上記エンジンの回転数を下降制御する処理を行なうものから成ることを特徴とするダンプトラックの油圧駆動装置。
