Claims (5)
- セメントキルンのキルン尻から最下段のサイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を冷却しながら抽気するプローブと、
該プローブで抽気した燃焼ガスに含まれるダストの粗粉を分離する分級機と、
該分級機からの微粉を含む抽気ガスを湿式集塵して集塵ダストスラリーにする湿式スクラバー、該集塵ダストスラリーが供給される循環液槽、該循環液槽内の集塵ダストスラリーの一部を前記スクラバーに戻すポンプ、脱硫剤を湿式スクラバーに供給する装置、鉛の硫化を行うための硫化剤を集塵ダストスラリーに供給する装置を備えた湿式集塵装置と、
前記循環液槽からの前記スラリーを、鉛を含むフロスと、石膏を含むテール側スラリーとに分離する浮選設備とを備えることを特徴とするセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理システム。 - 鉛の硫化を行うための硫化剤を集塵ダストスラリーに供給する装置は、
前記硫化剤を前記循環液槽又はポンプに添加するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理システム。 - セメントキルンのキルン尻から最下段のサイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部を冷却しながら抽気する工程と、
該抽気する工程で抽気した燃焼ガスに含まれるダストの粗粉を分離する工程と、
該分離する工程からの微粉を含む抽気ガスを集塵ダストスラリーにする湿式集塵を行いながら脱硫する際に、水硫化ソーダ又は硫化ナトリウムを添加する湿式集塵工程と、
前記湿式集塵工程からの前記スラリーを浮遊選別し、鉛を含むフロスと、石膏を含むテール側スラリーとに分離する浮選工程とを備えたことを特徴とするセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理方法。 - 前記フロスから得られた分離水を浮選工程に戻すとともに、石膏を含むテール側スラリーから分離された塩水を、セメント粉砕工程に添加するか、水処理後に下水又は/及び海洋に放流するか、塩回収工程で脱塩した後得られた水を前記湿式集塵工程に戻すことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理方法。
- 前記湿式集塵工程におけるスラリーのpHを、4以上7以下に調整することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のセメントキルン燃焼ガス抽気ダスト処理方法。
