Claims (3)
- 複数の変速制御モードを備える無段変速機(16)の変速制御方法であって、
前記無段変速機(16)は、斜板油圧式無段変速機(16)であり、
前記無段変速機(16)は、変速比を変えるための変速用可動部材(66)を備え、
前記変速用可動部材(66)は、モータ斜板(46)又はこのモータ斜板(46)の角度(A)を制御する変速アクチュエータ(50)の可動部材であり、
第1変速制御モードでは、
車速(V)及びスロットル開度(θ)から算出した目標エンジン回転数(T_NE)が、実際のエンジン回転数(NE)よりも大きいとき、実際の変速比(R)を下げ、
前記目標エンジン回転数(T_NE)が前記実際のエンジン回転数(NE)よりも小さいとき、前記実際の変速比(R)を上げ、
第2変速制御モードでは、
前記車速(V)及び前記スロットル開度(θ)から算出した前記目標エンジン回転数(T_NE)と前記車速(V)とに基づいて目標変速比(T_R)を算出し、
算出した前記目標変速比(T_R)に向かって前記実際の変速比(R)を変化させ、
さらに、前記第2変速制御モードでは、
前記目標エンジン回転数(T_NE)及び前記車速(V)の関数として前記目標変速比(T_R)を算出し、
算出した前記目標変速比(T_R)に対応させて前記モータ斜板(46)の仮目標角度(T_At)を算出し、
前記仮目標角度(T_At)が、前記モータ斜板(46)が取り得る最小角度(Atop)と、前記モータ斜板(46)がTOP位置にあるかどうかを判定する際に用いる第1オフセット量(OFFtop)との差(Atop−OFFtop)以上である場合、前記最小角度(Atop)と前記第1オフセット量(OFFtop)との差(Atop−OFFtop)を、前記モータ斜板(46)の目標角度(T_A)とし、
前記仮目標角度(T_At)が、前記モータ斜板(46)が取り得る最大角度(Alow)と、前記モータ斜板(46)がLOW位置にあるかどうかを判定する際に用いる第2オフセット量(OFFlow)との和(Alow+OFFlow)以下である場合、前記最大角度(Alow)と前記第2オフセット量(OFFlow)との和(Alow+OFFlow)を、前記モータ斜板(46)の目標角度(T_A)とし、
前記仮目標角度(T_At)が、前記最小角度(Atop)と前記第1オフセット量(OFFtop)との差(Atop−OFFtop)を以上でなく且つ前記最大角度(Alow)と前記第2オフセット量(OFFlow)との和(Alow+OFFlow)以下でない場合、前記仮目標角度(T_At)を前記モータ斜板(46)の目標角度(T_A)とする
ことを特徴とする無段変速機(16)の変速制御方法。 - 請求項1記載の無段変速機(16)の変速制御方法において、
前記第1変速制御モードと前記第2変速制御モードの切替スイッチ(68)に対する運転者の操作に応じて前記第1変速制御モードと前記第2変速制御モードを切り替える
ことを特徴とする無段変速機(16)の変速制御方法。 - 請求項1又は2記載の無段変速機(16)の変速制御方法において、
前記目標変速比(T_R)は、前記目標エンジン回転数(T_NE)を前記車速(V)で除したものに、前記無段変速機(16)以外の変速手段の減速比(Ro)を乗じることで算出される
ことを特徴とする無段変速機(16)の変速制御方法。
