Description
Claims (17)
- 流体製品を投与するための投与装置であって、前記装置は、
a)ハウジング(1)と、
b)流体製品のためのおよび/または流体製品のための容器(4)のための、収容部材(2)と、を有し、前記収容部材(2)は、前記ハウジングの長手方向に沿って初期位置から挿入された位置まで、前記ハウジング(1)に対して挿入され、
c)前記装置はさらに、前記ハウジング(1)に取り付けられ、且つ、前記収容部材(2)および/または前記容器(4)から流体製品を射出するために前記収容部材(2)に対して移動できる、駆動部材(3)を有し、
d)前記駆動部材(3)は、前記駆動部材(3)を前記ハウジング(1)に対して前記収容部材(2)の前記初期位置に保持する、少なくとも1つの保持素子(6)を備え、前記保持素子(6)は、前記保持位置から、前記収容部材(2)を挿入することにより前記駆動部材(3)が前記ハウジング(1)に対して移動できる、解放位置まで移動される、
投与装置。 - 請求項1に記載の投与装置であって、前記保持素子(6)は、前記駆動部材(3)を保持するために前記ハウジング(1)に連結され、前記駆動部材(3)を解放するために前記ハウジング(1)から脱連結される、投与装置。
- 請求項1または2に記載の投与装置であって、前記保持素子(6)は、前記駆動部材(3)を保持するために、前記ハウジングに対して固定される軸方向当接部(9)に当接する、投与装置。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置であって、前記保持素子(6)は、前記駆動部材(3)から半径方向に突出する、少なくとも1つの可撓性の連続体として形成される、投与装置。
- 請求項4に記載の投与装置であって、前記可撓性の連続体は、前記保持位置から前記解放位置まで、張力に逆らって移動できる、投与装置。
- 請求項4または5に記載の投与装置であって、前記可撓性の連続体は、前記保持素子(6)から、挿入運動の方向に突き出す、投与装置。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置であって、前記収容部材(2)が挿入されたとき、前記収容部材(2)は前記保持素子(6)に係合して、前記保持素子(6)を解放位置に移動させる、投与装置。
- 請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置であって、前記容器(4)は、2チャンバ容器として形成され、前記容器(4)は、有効薬剤のための1ストッパ(4b)により制限される第1チャンバ(4a)、および、溶媒のための前記第1ストッパ(4b)および第2ストッパ(4d)により制限される第2チャンバ(4c)、を有し、前記第1および第2のチャンバ(4a、4c)は、有効薬剤および溶媒を混合するために、前記ストッパを移動させることにより、バイパス部を介して接続される、投与装置。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置であって、前記保持素子(6)は、前記保持位置において、前記駆動部材(3)が挿入されるときに前記駆動部材(3)が第2ストッパ(4d)に当接するように形成され、挿入中に前記第2ストッパ(4d)を前記収容部材(2)に対して、前記収容部材(2)が混合位置または空気抜き位置に到るまで、移動させる、投与装置。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置であって、前記駆動部材(3)は、活性化素子(7)を有し、前記収容部材(2)は、挿入運動中に前記活性化素子(7)に係合し、前記活性化素子(7)は前記駆動部材(3)を前記ハウジング(1)に対して活性化位置まで移動させる、投与装置。
- 請求項10に記載の投与装置であって、前記活性化素子(7)は、挿入運動中に、前記収容部材(2)上の軸方向当接部に当接する、投与装置。
- 請求項10または11に記載の投与装置であって、前記駆動部材(3)は、前記活性化位置において、前記ハウジングから近位方向に突き出す、投与装置。
- 請求項10乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置であって、前記活性化素子(7)は、流体製品が投与された後の終端位置において、前記収容部材(2)内に位置する、投与装置。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置であって、終端位置において、前記保持素子(6)は、前記ハウジングに対して固定された当接部(9)に当接する、投与装置。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置であって、終端位置において、前記保持素子(6)は、実質的に前記収容部材(2)内に位置する、投与装置。
- 請求項1乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の投与装置であって、前記保持素子(6)は、ヒール部(6a)を有し、前記ヒール部(6a)は、前記ハウジングに対して固定されたエッジ部(9)に当接することにより、前記ハウジングに対する前記駆動部材(3)の近位方向への運動を制限する、投与装置。
- 請求項16に記載の投与装置であって、前記収容部材(2)はスリーブ形状に形成され、且つ、キャビティを有し、終端位置において、前記保持素子(6)の前記ヒール部(6a)が前記キャビティに係合する、投与装置。
