Claims (3)
- チェンジレバーを操作することにより、自動車に設けられたオート変速機又はマニュアル変速機を変速制御する自動車用変速機のシフト装置であって、
前記チェンジレバーの基端部を、第1回転軸を軸にして前後方向及び第2回転軸を軸にして左右方向に回転し得るように保持し自動車に固定される保持部と、前記基端部に連結されてチェンジレバーと連動する連動軸と、オート変速機又はマニュアル変速機に設けられたシフトケーブルに連結されるシフトケーブル連結部材とを備え、
前記シフトケーブル連結部材は、前記保持部に回転自在に取り付けられているとともに、長穴状の軸挿通孔を備え、
前記連動軸は、前記軸挿通孔に、その長手方向に移動可能に挿通されるとともに、前記チェンジレバーの左右方向への回転に際して、前記連動軸の軸心が前記第1回転軸と一致した状態及び前記一致した状態から前記連動軸の軸心が前記第1回転軸に対して所定の角度をなした状態になるようにしてその軸挿通孔内を長手方向に沿って空移動し、前記チェンジレバーの前後方向への回転に際して、前記連動軸の軸心が前記第1回転軸と一致した状態のときに前記軸挿通孔の内壁を押圧することがなく、前記連動軸の軸心が前記第1回転軸に対して所定の角度をなした状態のときに前記軸挿通孔の内壁を押圧してシフトケーブル連結部材を回転操作可能とし、
前記軸挿通孔から挿通された前記連動軸の先端側に、マニュアル変速機に設けられたセレクトケーブルが連結できるように構成されていることを特徴とする自動車用変速機のシフト装置。 - 前記保持部は、前記連動軸を一端側に保持した保持部本体と、その保持部本体の他端側に、回転可能に取り付けられた長穴状の突起嵌挿孔を有するカム部材とを備え、
前記チェンジレバーの基端部には、前記保持部に回転自在に保持された球状部が設けられ、
前記球状部には、前記カム部材の突起嵌挿孔にその長手方向に移動可能に嵌挿された突起が設けられ、
前記突起は、前記球状部の左右方向への回転に際して、前記突起嵌挿孔内を長手方向に移動し、前記球状部の前後方向への回転に際して、前記突起嵌挿孔の内壁を押圧してカム部材と共に回転するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の自動車用変速機のシフト装置。 - 前記球状部には、その外周側に突出した摺動片が設けられ、
前記保持部には、前記摺動片と対向し摺動片が摺動する摺動面が設けられ、
前記摺動面には、チェンジレバーのオート変速機又はマニュアル変速機に対する各ポジションに対応する摺動片の対応位置に、摺動面から窪まされた凹部が設けられ、
前記摺動片は、前記摺動面に対して退行・接近する方向に移動可能とされているとともに、付勢部材によって前記摺動面に接近する方向に付勢され、この付勢力によって、前記各ポジションにチェンジレバーを操作した際、前記凹部に入り込むように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動車用変速機のシフト装置。
