Description
本発明における最も重要な点は、軟磁性金属粒子粉末と含水率が500ppm以下の有機溶剤に溶解させたシリコーン樹脂とを混合・攪拌後、乾燥させることによって得られたシリコーン樹脂からなる絶縁被膜を有する軟磁性粒子粉末は、耐熱性に優れているという事実である。
耐熱性(%)=(ρ2/ρ1)×100
軟磁性金属粒子粉末A(種類:鉄粉、粒子形状:粒状、平均粒子径:115.0μm、比抵抗値:116.2mΩ・cm)5kgに、シリコーン樹脂A(種類:メチルシリコーン(YR3370、東芝シリコーン製)、メチル基の量:100mol%、三官能性Tの量:100mol%)150gを溶解させたアセトン(含水率:40ppm)溶液を加えた後、混合機を用いて回転混合させながら、N2気流下、反応温度45℃において20分間攪拌・混合を行った。
前記軟磁性粒子粉末6.0gを秤量し、ステアリン酸亜鉛を塗布した金型を用い、成形圧力686MPaでリング状(φ20×φ10mm)に圧縮成形し、圧粉磁心(リング成形体)を得た。
被処理粒子粉末として表1に示す特性を有する軟磁性金属粒子粉末を用意した。
絶縁層を形成するシリコーン樹脂として表2に示す特性を有するシリコーン樹脂を用意した。
軟磁性金属粒子粉末の種類、有機溶剤の種類及び含水率、シリコーン樹脂の種類及び添加量を種々変化させた以外は、前記実施例1−1と同様にして軟磁性粒子粉末を得た。
軟磁性金属粒子粉末A 5kgに、アルミニウムイソプロポキシド4.3gを分散させたアセトン溶液を加えた後、該混合溶液中にリン酸水溶液(リン酸含有量85重量%)2.4gを分散させたアセトン溶液を添加し、混合機を用いて回転混合させながら、N2気流下、反応温度45℃において20分間攪拌・混合を行った。
軟磁性金属粒子粉末の種類、有機溶剤の種類、無機化合物からなる第1絶縁層を形成するための処理剤の種類及び処理量、並びに第2絶縁層を形成するための有機溶剤の種類及び含水率、シリコーン樹脂の種類及び添加量を種々変化させた以外は、前記実施例1−10と同様にして軟磁性粒子粉末を得た。
軟磁性粒子粉末の種類を種々変化させた以外は、前記実施例2−1と同様にして圧粉磁心を得た。
Claims (5)
- 粒子表面に絶縁被膜を有する軟磁性金属粒子粉末であって、該絶縁被膜がシリコーン樹脂からなり、該シリコーン樹脂は三官能性のT単位を全シリコーン樹脂に対して60mol%以上含有し、前記シリコーン樹脂の被覆量が軟磁性粒子粉末に対して0.1〜10.0重量%である軟磁性粒子粉末であって、当該軟磁性粒子粉末は、軟磁性金属粒子粉末と含水率が500ppm以下の有機溶剤に溶解させたシリコーン樹脂とを混合・攪拌後、乾燥させることによって得られるものであることを特徴とする軟磁性粒子粉末。
- 粒子表面に絶縁被膜を有する軟磁性金属粒子粉末であって、該絶縁被膜が、無機化合物からなる第1絶縁層と、該第1絶縁層を被覆するシリコーン樹脂からなる第2絶縁層とからなり、該シリコーン樹脂は三官能性のT単位を全シリコーン樹脂に対して60mol%以上含有し、前記シリコーン樹脂の被覆量が軟磁性粒子粉末に対して0.1〜10.0重量%である軟磁性粒子粉末であって、当該軟磁性粒子粉末は、軟磁性金属粒子粉末と有機溶剤と金属アルコキシドの溶液及び/またはリン酸溶液を加え、混合・攪拌・乾燥後、該乾燥後の軟磁性金属粒子粉末と含水率が500ppm以下の有機溶剤に溶解させたシリコーン樹脂とを混合・攪拌後、乾燥させることによって得られるものであることを特徴とする軟磁性粒子粉末。
- 無機化合物が、アルミニウム、ジルコニウム、チタニウム、ケイ素、カルシウム、マグネシウム、鉄及びリンから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の元素を含有する化合物からなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の軟磁性粒子粉末。
- 有機溶剤がアセトンであることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の軟磁性粒子粉末。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の軟磁性材粒子粉末を圧縮成形してなる圧粉磁心。
