彩度の変化率=((Cs*値)−(C*値))/(Cs*値)×100
あらかじめ、芯粒子である白色無機粒子粉末の単位重量当たりの炭素量を測定しておき、次いで、複合粒子粉末の炭素量を測定し、単位重量当たりの炭素量の変化量から、染料又は染付けレーキの付着量を求めた。

上記試料粉体3gとアミノアルキッド樹脂16g及びシンナー10gとを配合して3mmφガラスビーズ90gと共に140mlのガラスビンに添加し、次いで、ペイントシェーカーで60分間混合分散した後、アミノアルキッド樹脂50gを追加し、更に5分間ペイントシェーカーで分散させて、原色エナメルを作製した。
上記原色エナメル12gとアミラックホワイト(二酸化チタン分散アミノアルキッド樹脂)40gとを配合し、ペイントシェーカーで15分間混合分散して、展色エナメルを作製した。

予め調湿を行った芯粒子粉末(種類:酸化チタン(ルチル)、粒子形状:粒状、平均粒子径:0.056μm、幾何標準偏差値:1.46、BET比表面積値:96.1m2/g、水分量3.0%、L*値:97.82、a*値:−0.80、b*値:2.72、C*値:2.83、耐光性ΔE*値:5.14)5.0kgをエッジランナー「MPUV−2型」(製品名、株式会社松本鋳造鉄工所製)に投入し、次いで、メチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン(商品名:TSF484:GE東芝シリコーン株式会社製)150gを、エッジランナーを稼動させながら酸化チタン粒子粉末に添加し、588N/cmの線荷重で20分間混合攪拌を行った。なお、このときの撹拌速度は22rpmで行った。
前記複合粒子粉末と水及び水系溶剤等とを下記配合割合で3mmφガラスビーズ90gと共に140mlのガラスビンに添加し、次いでペイントシェーカーで90分間混合分散し、水系着色組成物を作製した。

前記水系着色組成物と水溶性アルキッド樹脂等の塗料構成基材を下記割合で3mmφガラスビーズ90gと共に140mlのガラスビンに添加し、次いでペイントシェーカーで90分間混合分散して水系塗料を得た。
水溶性アルキッド樹脂 55.2重量部、
(商品名:S−118:大日本インキ化学工業株式会社製)
水溶性メラミン樹脂 12.6重量部、
(商品名:S−695:大日本インキ化学工業株式会社製)
消泡剤(商品名:ノプコ8034:サンノプコ株式会社製) 0.1重量部、
水 9.1重量部、
ブチルセロソルブ 1.6重量部。
前記複合粒子粉末とシンナーとを下記割合で配合して3mmφガラスビーズ90gと共に140mlのガラスビンに添加し、次いで、ペイントシェーカーで90分間混合分散し、溶剤系着色組成物を作製した。
シンナー 77.0重量部。
前記溶剤系着色組成物とアミノアルキッド樹脂等の塗料構成基材を下記割合で3mmφガラスビーズ90gと共に140mlのガラスビンに添加し、次いでペイントシェーカーで90分間混合分散して溶剤系塗料を得た。
アミノアルキッド樹脂 83.5重量部。
(アミラックNo.1026:関西ペイント株式会社製)
前記複合粒子粉末2.5gとポリ塩化ビニル樹脂粉末103EP8D(日本ゼオン株式会社製)47.5gとを秤量し、これらを100mlポリビーカーに入れ、スパチュラでよく混合して混合粉末を得た。
芯粒子粉末として表1に示す特性を有する白色無機粒子粉末を用意した。
染料及び染付けレーキとして表2に示す諸特性を有する染料及び染付けレーキを用意した。
表面改質剤による被覆工程における添加物の種類、添加量、エッジランナー処理の線荷重及び時間、染料及び染付けレーキの付着工程における染料又は染付けレーキの種類、添加量、エッジランナー処理の線荷重及び時間を種々変化させた以外は、前記実施例1−1と同様にして複合粒子粉末を得た。
実施例2−2〜2−7、比較例2−1〜2−7:
着色粒子粉末の種類を種々変化させた以外は、前記実施例2−1と同様にして水系着色組成物を得た。
参考例2−2〜2−7、比較参考例2−1〜2−7:
水系着色組成物の種類を種々変化させた以外は、前記参考例2−1と同様にして水系塗料を得た。
実施例3−2〜3−7、比較例3−1〜3−7:
着色粒子粉末の種類を種々変化させた以外は、前記実施例3−1と同様にして溶剤系着色組成物を得た。
参考例3−2〜3−7、比較参考例3−1〜3−7:
溶剤系着色組成物の種類を種々変化させた以外は、前記参考例3−1と同様にして水系塗料を得た。
実施例4−2〜4−7、比較例4−1〜4−7:
着色粒子粉末の種類を種々変化させた以外は、前記実施例4−1と同様にして樹脂組成物を得た。
Claims (5)
- 白色無機粒子粉末の粒子表面が表面改質剤によって被覆されていると共に該表面改質剤被覆白色無機粒子の粒子表面に染料が付着している複合粒子からなり、該複合粒子は白色無機粒子粉末と表面改質剤とを粉体層にせん断力を加えることのできる装置を用いて混合し、白色無機粒子粉末の粒子表面を表面改質剤によって被覆し、次いで、表面改質剤によって被覆された白色無機粒子粉末と染料とを粉体層にせん断力を加えることのできる装置を用いて混合することにより製造される複合粒子粉末。
- 白色無機粒子粉末の粒子表面が表面改質剤によって被覆されていると共に該表面改質剤被覆白色無機粒子の粒子表面に染付けレーキが付着している複合粒子からなることを特徴とする複合粒子粉末。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の複合粒子粉末を水及び/又は水溶性溶剤に分散してなることを特徴とする水系塗料用着色組成物。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の複合粒子粉末を溶剤に分散してなることを特徴とする溶剤系塗料用着色組成物。
- 請求項1又は請求項2記載の複合粒子粉末を用いて着色したことを特徴とする樹脂組成物。
