Description
実施の形態1.
この発明の実施の形態1に係る車載用ヘッドランプは、棒状に形成された棒状ヒートパイプを用いて熱を伝達するようにしたものである。
(1)ハロゲンランプ等の白熱ランプ
(2)HIDランプ等の放電ランプ
(3)LED等の半導体光源
この発明の実施の形態2に係る車載用ヘッドランプは、環状に形成された環状ヒートパイプを用いて熱を伝達するようにしたものである。
この発明の実施の形態3に係る車載用ヘッドランプは、実施の形態1に係る車載用ヘッドランプにおいて、凸レンズ2の代わりに、凹面鏡8を用いたものである。
この発明の実施の形態4に係る車載用ヘッドランプは、実施の形態2に係る車載用ヘッドランプにおいて、凸レンズ2の代わりに、凹面鏡8を用いたものである。
Claims (7)
- 熱を伴って光を発生する光源部と、
前記光源部に熱的に接続されて該光源部で発生された熱を吸収して伝達するヒートパイプと、
前記光源部より前面側であって前記光源部で発生された光の光軸の下部中央から左右方向にずらした位置に設けられ、前記ヒートパイプに熱的に接続されて該ヒートパイプにより伝達されてくる熱を放出して対流を起こさせる放熱部材と、
前記光源部、ヒートパイプおよび放熱部材を収容し、前記放熱部材の上側に前記光源部からの光を通過させる前面レンズの一部が形成されたヘッドランプケース
とを備えた車載用ヘッドランプ。 - 放熱部材は、鉛直方向に延びるフィンを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載用ヘッドランプ。 - ヒートパイプは、棒状に形成された棒状ヒートパイプである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載用ヘッドランプ。 - ヒートパイプは、一部を光源部より下方に引き回して環状に形成された環状ヒートパイプである
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載用ヘッドランプ。 - 環状ヒートパイプの内部の冷却液は、蒸発と液化を繰り返して自然循環する
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の車載用ヘッドランプ。 - 環状ヒートパイプの内壁は、平坦な面である
ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の車載用ヘッドランプ。 - 光源部は、半導体発光素子から成る
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車載用ヘッドランプ。
