Description
本発明の触媒中に存在するEUO構造型を有するゼオライトおよびNES構造型を有するゼオライトは、ケイ素と、アルミニウム、鉄、ガリウムおよびホウ素によって形成される群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素T(好ましくはアルミニウム)とを含む。それらは、好ましくは、実際上全体的に酸型である。
・NESおよびEUO構造型を有するゼオライト:2〜95重量%、好ましくは5〜80重量%、より好ましくは8〜70重量%;
・少なくとも1種の多孔質無定型または低結晶性の無機の酸化物タイプのマトリクス:5〜98重量%、好ましくは20〜95重量%、より好ましくは30〜92重量%。
・温度:300〜500℃、好ましくは320〜450℃、より好ましくは340〜430℃;
・水素分圧:0.3〜1.5MPa、好ましくは0.4〜1.2MPa、より好ましくは0.7〜1.2MPa;
・全圧:0.45〜1.9MPa、好ましくは0.6〜1.5MPa;
・毎時の(導入される供給原料のキログラム)/(触媒のキログラム)で表現される供給空間速度:0.25〜30h−1、好ましくは1〜10h−1、より好ましくは2〜6h−1。
用いられた出発物質は、合成されたままのEU−1ゼオライトであった。該EU−1ゼオライトは、有機テンプレート、ケイ素およびアルミニウムを含んでおり、全体的なSi/Al原子比が13.6、乾燥EU−1ゼオライトの重量に対するナトリウム含有量は約1.5重量%(これは0.6のNa/Al原子比に相当する)であった。前記EU−1ゼオライトは、最初に、空気流中6時間にわたる550℃での乾式焼成を経た。次いで、得られた固体は、3回のイオン交換(各回の交換において、10N NH4NO3溶液中、約100℃で4時間の処理)を経た。前記処理の終了時に、NH4型のEU−1ゼオライトの全体的なSi/Al原子比は18.3、乾燥EU−1ゼオライトの重量に対するナトリウム含有量は50ppmであった。これは、0.003のNa/Al原子比に相当する。次いで、EU−1ゼオライトは、アルミナゲルを用いた押出によって成形され、乾燥および乾燥空気中での焼成の後、1.4mm直径の押出物によって構成された担体が得られた。これは、15重量%のH型のEU−1ゼオライトおよび85%のアルミナを含有していた。
NU−87ゼオライトは、欧州特許EP-B-0 377 291またはEP-B-0 378 916に記載されたようにして合成された。それの全体的なSi/Al原子比は17.2、ナトリウム含有量は1256重量ppmであった。前記NU−87ゼオライトは、最初に、空気および窒素流中550℃での6時間にわたる乾式焼成を経た。得られた固体は、次いで、10N NH4NO3溶液中、約100℃で4時間にわたるイオン交換を経た。NU−87ゼオライトは、次いで、約100℃で5時間にわたる7N硝酸溶液による処理を経た。用いられた硝酸溶液の容積V(mL)は、乾燥NU−87ゼオライトの重量Wの10倍であった(V/W=10)。7N硝酸溶液によるこの処理は、2回、同一の操作条件下に行われた。これらの処理の終了時に、得られたゼオライトはH型であり、その全体的なSi/Al原子比は33.3、Na含有量は10ppmであった。
EU−1ゼオライトは、実施例1に記載されたようにして合成された。合成工程の終了時に、EU−1ゼオライトは、NH4型であり、そのSi/Al原子比は18.3、乾燥EU−1ゼオライトの重量に対するナトリウム含有量は50重量ppmであった。これは、0.003のNa/Al原子比に相当する。
EU−1ゼオライトは、実施例1に記載されたようにして合成された。合成工程の終了時に、EU−1ゼオライトはNH4型であり、そのSi/Al原子比は18.3、乾燥EU−1ゼオライトの重量に対するナトリウム含有量は、50重量ppmであった。これは、0.003のNa/Al原子比に相当する。EU−1ゼオライトは、ヘキサクロロ白金酸溶液による乾式含浸を経、最終の触媒重量に対して0.15重量%の白金が担持させられた。湿った固体は、120℃で12時間にわたり乾燥させられ、乾燥空気流中、500℃で1時間にわたり焼成された。
EU−1ゼオライトは、実施例1に記載されたのと同一の方法で合成された。合成工程の終了時に、EU−1ゼオライトは、NH4型であり、そのSi/Al原子比は18.3、乾燥EU−1ゼオライトの重量に対するナトリウム含有量は50重量ppmであった。これは、0.003のNa/Al原子比に相当する。
触媒(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)および(E)の性能が、1分子当たり8個の炭素原子、主として、メタキシレン、オルトキシレンおよびエチルベンゼンを含む芳香族化合物を含む芳香族留分の異性化において評価された。操作条件は、以下の通りである:
・温度:390℃;
・全圧:15バール(1バール=0.1MPa);
・水素分圧:12バール。
P1(重量%)=100×[(PAR流出物%×流出物の重量)−(PAR供給原料%×供給原料の重量)]/(AC8供給原料%×供給原料の重量)
不均化/トランスアルキル化による損失(P2)は、N8以外のナフテンの形態にあるAC8、トルエン、ベンゼンおよびC9+芳香族(OAN)の損失である:
P2(重量%)=100×[(OAN流出物%×流出物の重量)−(OAN供給原料%×供給原料の重量)]/(AC8供給原料%×供給原料の重量)
損失P1およびP2の合計は、純損失を表す。
Claims (12)
- EUO構造型を有する少なくとも1種のゼオライトおよびNES構造型を有する少なくとも1種のゼオライトの混合物と、
第IIIA族、第VIB族、第VIIB族および第VIII族からの金属から選択される少なくとも1種の金属と、
少なくとも1種の多孔質無機マトリクスとを含む、
1分子当たり8個の炭素原子を含有する芳香族化合物を含む供給原料を異性化するための触媒。 - EUO構造型を有するゼオライトは、EU−1ゼオライトである、請求項1に記載の触媒。
- NES構造型を有するゼオライトは、NU−87ゼオライトである、請求項1または2に記載の触媒。
- 第IIIA族、第VIB族、第VIIB族および第VIII族からの金属から選択される金属は、第VIIB族および第VIII族からの金属から選択される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- 少なくとも1つのNU−87ゼオライトと、少なくとも1つのEU−1ゼオライトと、少なくとも白金と、少なくとも1種の多孔質無機マトリクスとを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- 少なくとも1つのNU−87ゼオライトと、少なくとも1つのEU−1ゼオライトと、少なくとも白金と、少なくともレニウムと、少なくとも1種の多孔質無機マトリクスとを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- 第IVA族金属から選択される少なくとも1種の追加金属を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- 前記追加金属は、錫である、請求項7に記載の触媒。
- 硫黄を含有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の触媒。
- 1分子当たり8個の炭素原子を含有する芳香族化合物を含む供給原料を異性化する方法であって、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の触媒の存在下に行われる方法。
- 前記供給原料は、キシレン類およびエチルベンゼンの混合物を含む、請求項10に記載の異性化法。
- 温度:300〜500℃、水素分圧:0.3〜1.5MPa、全圧:0.45〜1.9MPa、毎時の導入される供給原料のキログラム/触媒のキログラムで表される供給空間速度:0.25〜30h−1で行われる、請求項10または11に記載の異性化法。
