Description
微細調節スクリュのヘッド部はウェッジ部と、ウェッジ部のネジ孔に締結される螺旋部を有することもできる。
以下、本発明の実施例を図面を参照して詳細に説明するにおいて、同一の要素に対しては同一の符号を用い、便宜上できるだけ重複しないように相違した部分のみを主に説明する。
まず、切削インサート2とポケット部3との密着面3aの間に本発明による切削工具1の切削インサート2位置調節装置のネジ部120を挿入した後に、ヘッド部110の上端に形成された溝部113にドライバやレンチなど適切な工具を用いてネジ部120がポケット部3のネジ孔3bに締結される方向に前記ヘッド部110を回転させてネジ部120をポケット部3のネジ孔3bに締結させる。

Claims (9)
- 一つ以上の切削インサートと、
前記切削インサートが装着されるポケット部を備える工具本体と、
前記切削インサートを前記工具本体のポケット部に固定させるための固定手段と、
前記工具本体のポケット部に固定された切削インサートの位置を微細に調節するためのスクリュとを備え、
前記微細調節スクリュは、ヘッド部と、ネジ部と、前記ヘッド部とネジ部とを連結する連結部とを備え、
前記ポケット部は、その底面に前記ネジ部が締結されるネジ孔が形成されており、側壁には前記微細調節スクリュのヘッド部が密着する密着面を備え、
前記微細調節スクリュは、ネジ部が前記ネジ孔に締結される時、前記ヘッド部が前記密着面に接触しながら前記連結部の弾性変形によって前記ポケット部の密着面を弾性的に加圧することを特徴とする切削工具。 - 前記微細調節スクリュは、ポケット部のネジ孔に締結されていない状態でヘッド部とネジ部とは同一の中心軸線上に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の切削工具。
- 前記微細調節スクリュは、ネジ部がポケット部のネジ孔に締結された状態でヘッド部がポケット部の密着面によって加圧され、ヘッド部の中心軸がネジ部の中心軸に対して密着面の反対方向に変位することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の切削工具。
- 前記ネジ孔の壁面と前記密着面とは、前記微細調節スクリュの中心軸に平行な同一の直線上に置かれる部分を備え、前記微細調節スクリュのヘッド部はネジ部より横断面積が大きい部分を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の切削工具。
- 前記ヘッド部は、ウェッジ部と、前記ウェッジ部のネジ孔に締結される螺旋部を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の切削工具。
- 前記微細調節スクリュの連結部の横断面は他の部分より小さいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の切削工具。
- 前記ヘッド部の中心軸とネジ部の中心軸との変位量は、0.02mmよりは大きく、ネジ部直径の10%よりは小さく形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の切削工具。
- 前記ネジ部の直径が2mm以上であり、前記連結部の直径が1mm以上であり、ネジ部直径の2/3倍未満である請求項6に記載の切削工具。
- 前記連結部の長さは、その直径より1.5倍以上長く形成された請求項6に記載の切削工具。
