Description
ステンレス鋼帯の洗浄に用いられた洗浄液を回収する回収手段と、回収手段によって回収された洗浄液中に含まれる固形物を除去する除去手段と、固形物が除去された洗浄液をステンレス鋼帯の表面に供給する供給手段とを含み、
除去手段は、複数の棒状体部材が間隔をあけて配置されて形成されるスリットを有する格子部を備え、該格子部が、棒状体部材の延びる方向に対して交差する方向に、洗浄液を流過させるように設けられることを特徴とするステンレス鋼帯の洗浄装置である。
また本発明は、前記洗浄液は、アルカリ洗浄剤を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- ステンレス鋼帯の表面に洗浄液を供給することによって洗浄する洗浄装置において、
ステンレス鋼帯の洗浄に用いられた洗浄液を回収する回収手段と、
回収手段によって回収された洗浄液中に含まれる固形物を除去する除去手段と、
固形物が除去された洗浄液をステンレス鋼帯の表面に供給する供給手段とを含み、
除去手段は、
複数の棒状体部材が間隔をあけて配置されて形成されるスリットを有する格子部を備え、該格子部が、棒状体部材の延びる方向に対して交差する方向に、洗浄液を流過させるように設けられることを特徴とするステンレス鋼帯の洗浄装置。 - 前記除去手段の格子部は、
水平面に対して勾配を有するように設けられることを特徴とする請求項1記載のステンレス鋼帯の洗浄装置。 - 前記棒状体部材は、
長手方向に垂直な断面が略三角形状を有し、
複数の棒状体部材によって形成されるスリットの間隔が、洗浄液の流過する面から離反するのに伴って、大きくなるように配置されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のステンレス鋼帯の洗浄装置。 - 前記洗浄液は、
アルカリ洗浄剤を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のステンレス鋼帯の洗浄装置。
