Description
即ち、ハウジング125は、電動モータ121と油圧ポンプ122と油タンク123とバルブ類124とのハウジングを兼ねている。換言すれば、電動モータ121用のハウジング、油圧ポンプ122用のハウジング、油タンク123用のハウジング、及びバルブ類124用のハウジングが一体化されているのである。
これにより、部品点数を低減し、低コスト化及びコンパクト化を実現することができるのである。
なお、実施例1においては、油圧ポンプ122は、ギヤポンプであり、ドライブギヤ122a及びドリブンギヤ122bを有し、出力軸121aはドライブギヤ122aに接続されており、ハウジング125の底面部の他方(本明細書中において、適宜「他底面部」という。)125eに嵌め込まれている。
これにより、組立工数を低減することができることは勿論のこと、例えば、組立途中に、ハウジング125に組付けられている電動モータ121の構成要素が損傷したり、分解したりしてしまうことを抑制することもできる。
前記電動モータを一方側に、前記油タンクを前記電動モータとは反対側に、前記アクチュエータを前記電動モータ、前記油タンクの設置方向に直交する側に設置するハウジングを備え、
このハウジングの前記電動モータ側に前記油圧ポンプを、前記油圧ポンプの設置場所以外に前記各種の弁を設けたことを特徴とする油圧駆動ユニット(a)。

Claims (5)
- 油圧駆動ユニット用の油圧制御装置において、
電動モータを配設するための電動モータ用ハウジング、油圧ポンプを取り付けるための油圧ポンプ用ハウジング、及びバルブ類を収容したバルブ用ハウジングが一体化されたハウジングを備え、電動モータの出力軸に対して油圧ポンプのドライブギヤが直接に接続され、電動モータの出力軸の軸受のうち油圧ポンプ側の軸受は、前記ハウジングに設けられ、前記電動モータの電機子と前記ドライブギヤとの間の唯一の軸受であることを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - ハウジングは、ブロック状に形成されるとともに、電動モータを配設する電動モータ配設面部の反対面部には、油タンクカバー体を着脱可能に後付け可能な油タンクカバー体取付部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧制御装置。
- ハウジングの周部に、油圧駆動ユニットを構成するアクチュエータに接続可能な接続部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の油圧制御装置。
- 請求項1から3の何れかに記載の油圧制御装置と、
該油圧制御装置により駆動されるアクチュエータとを備えていることを特徴とする油圧駆動ユニット。 - 油圧制御装置とアクチュエータとが並列に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の油圧駆動ユニット。
