Claims (9)
- 背もたれ(10)を有している車の座席と、ガス発生器ユニットとを備えた車の座席ユニットであって、前記背もたれ(10)が前面(12)と側面(14)とを有していて、前記ガス発生器ユニットはエアーバッグモジュールに属するものであり、前記ガス発生器ユニットは長手軸(L−L)を備えたほぼ円筒状のガス発生器(30)を有している、車の座席ユニットにおいて:
前記長手軸(L−L)は、前記車の座席の前記前面(12)とほぼ平行に、かつ前記側面(14)にほぼ垂直に延伸していることと、
少なくともガス出口開口部が設置されている前記ガス発生器の部分はスリーブ(34)により囲まれていて、従って環状ギャップ(35)がガス発生器(30)とスリーブ(34)との間に形成されており、前記ガス発生器が作動する場合、ガス流れは前記環状ギャップを通って、前記ガス発生器の前方において軸方向に配置されたエアーバッグ(40)の中に流入することと、
前記スリーブ(34)が金属製であって、環状ギャップ(35)において貫通穴(34b)を備えており、前記貫通穴(34b)はプラスチック部材によりおおわれていることとを特徴とする、
車の座席ユニット。 - 前記ガス発生器が、スリーブ(34)と同じく長手形状のガス発生器(30)を含んでいて、前記スリーブ(34)は少なくとも前記ガス発生器(30)のある区画を包囲しており、従って前記スリーブは一方の端部においてフランジ(34a)を備えていて、前記フランジは前記背もたれのフレーム(16)に直接的又は間接的に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車の座席ユニット。
- 前記ガス発生器ユニットがフランジ(34a)を備えているフラットでパンケーキタイプのガス発生器(30)を含んでいて、前記フランジ(34a)は、前記背もたれのフレーム(16)に直接的又は間接的に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車の座席ユニット。
- 前記フランジ(34a)が、前記フレームに取り付けられている取り付け板(36)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の車の座席ユニット。
- 前記長手軸(L−L)に対して回転対称となるように、前記ガス発生器(30)のガス出口開口部(32)が前記ガス発生器(30)のジャケット表面における円周線に位置していて、前記円周線は、前記背もたれの前面(12)にほぼ直交しかつ前記側面(14)とほぼ平行になっている平面に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項1−4のいずれか一項に記載の車の座席ユニット。
- 前記平面は前記背もたれの前記フレーム(16)の部分に位置していることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載の車の座席ユニット。
- 前記フランジ(34a)を備えている前記スリーブ(34)と、前記ガス発生器(30)に対して前記環状ギャップ(35)を形成している前記スリーブ(34)とが同一のスリーブであることを特徴とする、請求項2−4のいずれか一項に記載の車の座席ユニット。
- 前記スリーブ(34)は、少なくとも前記環状ギャップ(35)部分においてプラスチック製であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は7に記載の車の座席ユニット。
- 少なくとも前記ガス発生器(30)の区画が前記背もたれの前記フレームの内部に設置されていることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3又は6のいずれか一項に記載の車の座席ユニット。
