Description
[式中、各Aは独立に、芳香族ビニル化合物のポリマーブロックであり、Cは、B:Iの重量比30:70から70:30の範囲にあるブタジエン(B)とイソプレン(I)の混合ポリマーブロック(B/I)であり、前記ポリマーブロックCは、最高で−50℃のガラス転移温度(Tg)(ASTM E−1356−98により求められる)を有し、nは2以上の整数であり、Xは、カップリング剤の残部であり、および粘着性付与樹脂は、芳香族炭化水素樹脂である。]
a.一般式(A−B)4Xによって表される四分岐ブロックコポリマー(IV);
b.一般式(A−B)3Xによって表される三分岐ブロックコポリマー(III);
c.一般式(A−B)2Xによって表される二分岐ブロックコポリマー(II);
d.一般式A−Bによって表される線状ジブロックコポリマー一般式(I);
[式中、
Aは、モノアルケニルアレーンのポリマーブロックを表し;Bは、イソプレンとブタジエンの重量比70:30から40:60において、イソプレンと1,3−ブタジエンの混合物のポリマーブロックを表し;Xは、多官能性カップリング剤の残部を表し;Aブロックの重量パーセントは、14%から約22%であり;コポリマーIV、III、II、およびIの相対量は、IVが0から20重量パーセント、IIIが50から80重量パーセント、IIが0から20重量パーセントおよびIが20から50重量パーセントであり、I、II、IIIおよびIVの総量は100重量パーセントに等しく;およびポリマー組成物のメルトフローレートは、ASTM D1238(D条件)で測定して、200℃/5kgで、少なくとも2.0g/10分であり、好ましくは5.0g/10分以上である。]

これらのラジアルポリマーは、Wingtack ET粘着性付与剤と良好な相溶性を有した。Wingtack ETは、芳香族プロトン含有量約15%およびTg44℃を有する固体粘着性付与樹脂である。
ポリマー#2および#5に対する粘度−エージング性能は、鎖切断の速度がより低い以外は、SIラジアルポリマーと同様な働きをすると思われた。
Claims (3)
- a.一般式(A−B)4Xによって表される四分岐ブロックコポリマー(IV);
b.一般式(A−B)3Xによって表される三分岐ブロックコポリマー(III);
c.一般式(A−B)2Xによって表される二分岐ブロックコポリマー(II);
d.一般式A−Bによって表される線状ジブロックコポリマー(I);
[式中、
i.Aは、モノアルケニルアレーンのポリマーブロックを表し;
ii.Bは、イソプレンとブタジエンの重量比70:30から40:60においてランダム分布を有する、イソプレンと1,3−ブタジエンの混合物のポリマーブロックを表し;
iii.Xは、ハロゲン化ケイ素、シロキサン、エポキシアルコキシシラン、一価アルコールのカルボン酸とのエステル、エポキシ化油、エポキシドおよびジビニル芳香族化合物から選択された多官能性カップリング剤の残部を表し、
iv.Aブロックの重量パーセントは、14%から22%であり;
v.コポリマーIV、III、II、およびIの相対量は、IVが7から10重量パーセント、IIIが52から57重量パーセント、IIが1から10重量パーセントおよびIが27から35重量パーセントであり、I、II、IIIおよびIVの総量は100重量パーセントに等しく;
vi.ポリマー組成物のメルトフローレートは、ASTM D1238(D条件)で測定して、200℃/5kgで、少なくとも2.0g/10分であり、および
vii.ポリマー組成物のカップリング効率は40〜71%である]
を含むブロックコポリマー組成物。 - (i)1種以上のブロックコポリマー、(ii)1種以上の粘着性付与樹脂、および(iii)1種以上の可塑剤を含み、該ブロックコポリマーの少なくとも1種が、請求項1に記載のブロックコポリマー組成物である、接着剤組成物。
