Description
コンピュータはサイクルに従って駆動機構に接続される電気回路に信号を送り、電気回路は駆動機構を始動させ、ピストン913が上下に駆動する。また、弁軸駆動機構912は手動で駆動機構を始動させるオペレータにより制御されるものであってもよい。
Claims (22)
- 溶融流体物を搬送するための多数のマニホールド溶融経路を有するマニホールドと、
各マニホールド溶融経路に流体連通されたノズル溶融経路と、成形ゲートに隣接する前記ノズル溶融経路の一部に配置された端部を有し、成形ゲートを通って成形キャビティに流れる溶融流体物の流量を制御するためにスライドして位置自在となる弁駆動軸とをそれぞれが有する多数のノズルと、
シャフトおよびこのシャフトの直径よりも大きな直径を有する末端部を有する流量制御駆動軸であって、前記弁駆動軸の端部の上流側に配置され、溶融物質の流量を減少するよう構成された流量制御面を有し、成形ゲートに向かう溶融流体物の流量を制御するためにスライドして位置自在となっており、独立して駆動する前記弁駆動軸を包囲してスライド自在に受け入れるスリーブとして設けられている流量制御駆動軸とを備えた射出成形システム。 - 流量制御駆動軸は、ノズル溶融経路の中に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形システム。
- 流量制御駆動軸は、マニホールド溶融経路の中に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形システム。
- 各ノズルは分離した成形キャビティに流体連通していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形システム。
- 各成形キャビティは実質的に同一の大きさを有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の射出成形システム。
- 少なくとも1つの成形キャビティは異なる大きさを有することを特徴とする請求項4記載の射出成形システム。
- 少なくとも2つのノズルは、1つの成形キャビティに流体連通していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形システム。
- 前記の弁駆動軸と前記流量制御駆動軸は、少なくとも1つの圧力センサからの射出圧力情報に基づいて駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力センサは、前記ノズル溶融経路に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の射出成形システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力センサは、前記成形キャビティに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の射出成形システム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記弁駆動軸と前記流量制御駆動軸は、少なくとも1つの温度センサからの温度情報に基づいて駆動されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形システム。
- マニホールド溶融経路を有するマニホールドと、
ノズル溶融経路を有するノズルと、
前記ノズル溶融経路からの溶融物質を受ける成形ゲートを有する成形キャビティと、
シャフトおよびこのシャフトの直径よりも大きな直径を有する末端部を有する第1の弁駆動軸であって、前記溶融物質の流量を減少するよう構成された流量制御面を有し、前記溶融物質の流量を制御する第1の弁駆動軸と、
前記ノズル溶融経路から成形ゲートを経て前記成形キャビティに流れる前記溶融物質の流量をさらに制御する第2の弁駆動軸とを備え、
第1の弁駆動軸は、独立して駆動する前記第2の弁駆動軸を包囲してスライド自在に受け入れるスリーブとして設けられている射出成形装置。 - 第1の弁駆動軸と第2の弁駆動軸の各々は少なくとも一部が前記ノズル溶融経路の中に配置された下流端を有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1の弁駆動軸は前記マニホールド溶融経路の中で移動自在の下流端を有し、前記第2の弁駆動軸は前記ノズル溶融経路の中で移動自在の下流端を有することを特徴とする請求項12記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1の弁駆動軸と前記第2の弁駆動軸は、少なくとも1つの圧力センサからの射出圧力情報に基づいて駆動することを特徴とする請求項12記載の射出成形装置。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力センサは、前記ノズル溶融経路に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項15記載の射出成形装置。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力センサは、前記成形キャビティに配置されていることを特徴とする請求項15記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第2の弁駆動軸は前記ノズル溶融経路に沿って駆動されることを特徴とする請求項12記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1の弁駆動軸と前記第2の弁駆動軸は共通の軸に沿って移動自在となっていることを特徴とする請求項13記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第1の弁駆動軸の前記流量制御面は、この流量制御面の形状に適合する形状を有する前記ノズル溶融経路の一部に位置されたときに前記溶融物質の流量を減少させることを特徴とする請求項12記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記流量制御面は、前記第1の弁駆動軸の下流端上に設けられており、この流量制御面の形状に適合する形状を有する前記マニホールド溶融経路の一部の中に位置されたときに前記溶融物質の流量を減少させることを特徴とする請求項14記載の射出成形装置。
- 前記第2の弁駆動軸は前記第1の弁駆動軸の側面に沿って駆動されることを特徴とする請求項13記載の射出成形装置。
