Claims (6)
- PAB 도어 부분이 다른 부분 보다 연성이 높은 크래쉬 패드의 제조를 위해, 이종의 수지를 금형에 순차 공급하도록 구성된 크래쉬 패드 이중 사출 성형시스템으로서,상기 PAB 도어 영역 이외의 영역(3)으로 제1 수지를 공급하는 제1 수지 공급부(10);상기 제1 수지 공급 후, PAB 도어 영역(2)의 가장자리에서 PAB 도어 영역(2)으로 제2 수지를 공급하는 제2 수지 공급부(20);상기 제1 수지 공급부(10)로부터 공급된 제1 수지가 PAB 도어 영역(2)에 도달하는 시점을 감지할 수 있도록, 목표로 하는 재질 경계(4) 부근에 해당하는 금형 위치에 설치된 온도센서(30); 및상기 온도센서로부터의 감지신호를 기초로 PAB 도어 영역(2)에의 제2 수지 공급 타이밍을 조절하는 제어부(40);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크래쉬 패드 이중 사출 성형 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제2 수지 공급부(20)는 금형에 연결된 단일의 제2 수지 공급라인(21)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크래쉬 패드 이중 사출 성형 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제2 수지는 크래쉬 패드의 컨트롤 패널 장착부(5) 테두리(5a)에 해당하는 금형 위치에서 측방향으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 크래쉬 패널 이중 사출 성형 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(30)는 복수개 마련되며, 제어부(40)는 이들 온도센서 중 가장 먼저 제2 수지의 흐름을 감지한 온도센서로부터의 신호에 따라 제2 수지의 공급 타이밍을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크래쉬 패드 이중 사출 성형 시스템.
- PAB 도어 부분이 다른 부분 보다 연성이 높은 크래쉬 패드의 제조를 위해 이종의 수지를 금형에 순차 공급하는 크래쉬 패드 이중 사출 성형방법으로서,상기 PAB 도어 영역 이외의 영역(3)으로 공급된 제1 수지가 PAB 도어 영역(2)에 도달하는 시점을 감지할 수 있도록, 목표로 하는 재질 경계(4) 부근에 해당하는 금형 위치에 온도센서(30)를 설치하고,상기 제1 수지 공급 후 PAB 도어 영역(2)의 가장자리로부터 PAB 도어 영역(2)에 제2 수지를 공급하되, 상기 온도센서로부터의 감지신호를 기초로 제2 수지의 공급 타이밍을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크래쉬 패드 이중 사출 성형방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 온도센서(30)는 복수개 마련되며, 이들 온도센서 중 가장 먼저 제2 수지의 흐름을 감지한 온도센서로부터의 신호에 따라 제2 수지의 공급 타이밍을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 크래쉬 패드 이중 사출 성형방법.
