Description
Claims (4)
- 変速レンジを運転者のシフト操作により変更可能な自動変速機を搭載した車両の制御装置であって、
前記車両に制動力を付与するための制動手段と、
前記運転者のシフト操作に伴なって変速が実行されるか否かを判定するための判定手段と、
前記運転者に前記車両を減速させる意図があるか否かを判別するための判別手段と、
前記運転者のシフト操作が行なわれた際に、前記運転者に前記車両を減速させる意図があると判別され、かつシフト操作に伴なって変速が実行されないと判定された場合にのみ、前記車両が減速するように前記制動手段を制御するための制御手段とを含む、車両の制御装置。 - 前記制動手段は、前記車両の車輪の回転を摩擦力により抑制して、前記車両に制動力を付与する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制動手段は、前記車両の駆動源の負荷を増大して、前記車両に制動力を付与する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記判別手段は、前記運転者のアクセル操作に基づいて、前記運転者に前記車両を減速させる意図があるか否かを判別するための手段を含む、請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置。
