Claims (6)
- ウレタン発泡体からなる弾性層と、該弾性層の外周面上に配置された中間層と、該中間層の外周面上に配置された表層とからなる円柱状の現像ローラにおいて、前記中間層の残留歪が2%以下であり、該中間層が、ポリエーテル鎖を有するウレタン樹脂又は、粒子内架橋構造を有するアクリルエマルジョンを含むものであることを特徴とする現像ローラ。
- 前記現像ローラは、アスカーC硬度が60°以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の現像ローラ。
- 前記中間層の厚さが10〜500μmであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の現像ローラ。
- 前記表層の体積抵抗値が109Ω・cm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の現像ローラ。
- 前記表層の中心線平均粗さ(Ra)が0.1〜2.0μmであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の現像ローラ。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の現像ローラを用いた画像形成装置。
