Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念に記載の形式の燃料噴射弁に関する。
これに対し、請求項1の特徴を備えた本発明による燃料噴射弁は、ケーシングと弁スリーブとの間で、耐燃料性のエラストマによる確実なシールが軸方向で得られるという利点を有している。このようなシール部材は有利にはゴムから製造されたプレートであり、これは、使用されるシール部材が簡単かつ安価であるという利点を有している。さらなる利点はゴムプレートが弁の内側で僅かな所要スペースしか必要ではなく、これはゴムプレートを組み付け後に圧縮することによりさらに減じることができることにある。
以下に本発明の第1実施例を図1につき説明する。
Claims (17)
- 燃料噴射弁(1)であって、磁石コイル(2)を有しており、該磁石コイルは、戻しばね(14)によって負荷される可動子(7)と協働し、該可動子(7)は弁ニードル(8)とともに軸方向可動な弁部分を形成し、弁ニードル(8)には弁閉鎖体(10)が設けられており、該弁閉鎖体(10)は弁座体(11)とともにシール座部を形成する形式のものにおいて、
磁石コイル(2)と弁ケーシング(4)との間にエラストマ材料から成るプレート(25)が固定されていることを特徴とする燃料噴射弁。 - 前記プレート(25)が、磁石コイル(2)と弁ケーシング(4)との間に軸方向で、燃料噴射弁(1)の組み付けの際に生じる軸方向の力により位置固定されている、請求項1記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プレート(25)の内径が、弁スリーブ(5)の半径よりも小さい、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プレート(25)の内径が、弁スリーブ(5)と弁ケーシング(4)との間のシールが行われるように寸法設定されている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プレート(25)が磁石コイル(2)のコイル支持体(3)に固定されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プレート(25)が、磁石コイル(2)のコイル支持体(3)上に接着されている、請求項5記載の燃料噴射弁。
- プレート(25)が、耐燃料性のゴムから成っている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- コイル支持体(3)が、コイル室のカバー(28)に面した端面(30)に少なくとも1つの突起(27)を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 突起(27)が、コイル支持体(3)の、コイル室のカバー(28)に面した端面(30)上で少なくとも1つの部分リング(27A)の形状を有している、請求項8記載の燃料噴射弁。
- コイル支持体(3)の、コイル室のカバー(28)に面した端面(30)に少なくとも2つの部分リング(27A)が突起として設けられている、請求項9記載の燃料噴射弁。
- コイル支持体(3)の、コイル室のカバー(28)に面した端面(30)上に位置している各部分リング(27A)が、円の部分である、請求項10記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つの突起(27)の横断面(27B)が三角形または台形である、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つの突起(27)の横断面(27B)が円の部分である、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 少なくとも1つの突起(27)の横断面(27B)の高さが、コイル室のカバー(28)に面した端面(30)の半径方向の長さよりも小さい、請求項11記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 磁石コイル(2)が、コイル支持体(3)と弁ケーシング(4)との間に、燃料噴射弁(1)の組み付けの際に生じる軸方向の力により位置固定されている、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
- 磁石コイル(2)が、コイル支持体(3)と弁ケーシング(4)との間の軸方向の遊びなしに位置固定されている、請求項15記載の燃料噴射弁。
- コイル支持体(3)の、コイル室のカバー(28)とは反対側の端面に、プレート(25)を周方向で取り囲むカラーまたは複数の突起(12)が設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射弁。
