Description
前記有機層の一主面に被着される反射電極と、前記有機層の他主面に被着される透明電極と、を備えた有機EL素子を複数個有し、前記有機EL素子は、該有機EL素子が含む発光層が発光する色により少なくとも2種に分類され、前記有機EL素子のうち、少なくとも1種の有機EL素子は、前記反射電極と前記有機層との間に光透過性導電膜を有していることを特徴とする。
基板:ガラス( 0.7mmt)
反射電極:Al混合物またはCr( 300nm)
光透過性導電膜:ITO( 厚さ 20nm)
ホール注入層:( 20nm)
ホール輸送層:( 10nm)
発光層: ( 25nm)
電子輸送層:( 今回未使用)
電子注入層:( 20nm forB,30nm forG,45nm forR・・・RGBについて)
透明電極: MgAg+ITO ( 30nm)
3、3B、3G、3R:有機EL素子
10、1010、2010:基板
12、1012:反射電極
14、14R、14G、14R、1014R、1014G、1014R:透明電極
16、1016、2016:有機層
18、18B、18G、18R、1018:発光層

Claims (3)
- 発光層を含み、一主面と他主面を有する有機層と、
前記有機層の一主面に被着される反射電極と、
前記有機層の他主面に被着される透明電極と、
を備えた有機EL素子を複数個有し、
前記有機EL素子は、該有機EL素子が含む前記発光層の発光する色により青色発光用、緑色発光用及び赤色発光用の3種類で構成され、
前記青色発光用、緑色発光用及び赤色発光用の有機EL素子のうち、前記緑色発光用及び赤色発光用の有機EL素子のみは、前記反射電極と前記有機層との間に介在し、一括して設けられる互いに略等しい膜厚に設定された光透過性導電膜を有していることを特徴とする、
有機ELディスプレイ。 - 前記緑色発光用及び赤色発光用の有機EL素子は、前記青色発光用の有機EL素子よりも前記発光層と前記反射電極層との間の距離が長いことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の有機ELディスプレイ。 - 前記有機層は、前記発光層よりも前記反射電極側にホール輸送層及び/又はホール注入層、もしくは電子輸送層及び/又は電子注入層を有しており、
これら輸送層または注入層の厚み、材料が青色発光用、緑色発光用、赤色発光用のいずれの有機EL素子においても略同一であることを特徴とする、
請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の有機ELディスプレイ。
