Description
Claims (14)
- 被覆分散液に対する吸収性が異なる、少なくとも2種の部分構造を有する触媒担体を、被覆分散液を使用して触媒活性被覆を設ける方法において、前記触媒担体を予備被覆することにより少なくとも一方の部分構造の吸収性を変更し、その後に触媒被覆を設け、前記触媒担体は、第1の部分構造として多孔性フィルタマットを有し、第2の部分構造として無孔性金属箔を有するフィルタ触媒担体である、触媒担体を被覆する方法。
- ポリビニルアルコール、ワックス又はワックスエマルションを用いて予備被覆を行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水を用いて予備被覆を行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水と混合可能な液体を用いて予備被覆を行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水と混合可能な液体としてアルコールを使用する、請求項4記載の方法。
- 水と混合不可能な有機液体を用いて予備被覆を行う、請求項1記載の方法。
- 水と混合不可能な有機液体として炭化水素を使用する、請求項6記載の方法。
- 予備被覆媒体は、触媒活性材料及び/又はその前駆体を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 触媒担体を予備被覆媒体中に浸漬するか、又は予備被覆媒体を触媒担体中に吸引させることにより予備被覆を行う、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 設けられた後の触媒被覆を乾燥及び/又はか焼する、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法により製造した、自動車排気ガスからカーボン粒子を除去するための触媒。
- 触媒担体と、その上に設けられた触媒活性被覆とを有する触媒において、触媒担体は少なくとも2種の部分構造を有し、前記部分構造の第1の部分構造は高い多孔性を有し、第2の部分構造はわずかな多孔性を有し、かつ触媒活性被覆の全質量が触媒担体上に存在し、その際、前記被覆の全質量の最大80%が高い多孔性を有する部分構造上に存在し、前記触媒担体は、第1の部分構造として多孔性フィルタマットを有し、第2の部分構造として無孔性金属箔を有するフィルタ触媒担体である、自動車排気ガスからカーボン粒子を除去するための触媒。
- 前記被覆の全質量の最大50%が多孔性フィルタマット上に存在する、請求項12記載の触媒。
- 前記被覆の全質量の最大30%が多孔性フィルタマット上に存在する、請求項12記載の触媒。
