Description
Claims (9)
- 剥離プロセスによって皮膚内に物質を供給するための剥離装置であって、
上面と、複数の微小突起を有する剥離面が取り付けられた下面とを有するベースであって、前記複数の微小突起が円錐台形の突起であり、各突起が、前記皮膚のある長さに沿って溝を形成するための少なくとも1つのスクレーピング縁を有するベースと、
前記ベースを取り囲むハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの上面から突き出た押しボタンを有するハンドルと、
前記ハンドルと前記ベースの間に作動可能に係合されたばねと、
を備え、
前記押しボタンが第1の移動止めを有し、前記第1の移動止めが、前記ベースの協働する移動止めと係合可能であり、これら移動止めが、前記ベースに対する前記ハンドルの不意の移動を防止するよう協働し、前記押しボタンの前記第1の移動止めと前記ベースの移動止めとが、前記押しボタンを使用前に実質的に伸長された位置に保持し、前記押しボタンが作動時に前記ベース内に突如下降し、前記ベースが、前記ハウジングに対して且つ前記押しボタンの下降に比例して回転し、これにより、前記ハウジングが皮膚に対して置かれたときに前記剥離面を皮膚に対して回転させ、前記ハンドルの移動が、前記ばねを比例的に圧縮し、前記剥離面が皮膚を横切って移動するときに前記微小突起に付加される力もしくは圧力の量を制御し、これにより、長手方向に沿って実質的に一定の深さの溝を形成する
ことを特徴とする剥離装置。 - 前記微小突起が約5ミクロンから約250ミクロンの深さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記ばねが、十分な量の圧力が存在する場合にのみ偏る予め荷重がかけられたばねであり、前記剥離装置が、前記ベースに格納移動止めを備え、前記押しボタンが十分に押し下げられた後に前記格納移動止めが前記押しボタンの一部に係合し、前記押しボタンが十分に押し下げられた後に前記格納移動止めが前記微小突起を前記ハウジング内に保持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記剥離面が前記ベースに取外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記剥離面が前記ベースに恒久的に接着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記剥離面が前記ベースに取外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記ハウジングと前記ベースの間に配置された格納ばねをさらに備え、前記格納ばねが前記剥離面を前記装置内に格納することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の剥離装置。
- 前記装置が皮膚に押し付けられたとき、前記皮膚を引き伸ばすように適用された前記ハウジングの第1端をさらに備え、これにより、前記剥離面が皮膚領域をこするのを助けるぴんと張った皮膚領域を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の剥離装置。
