Description
図1〜図13は、本発明の実施の形態1における簡易締結装置10であり、図1は簡易締結装置10の分解斜視図、図2〜図4は組立状態、図5〜図7はケース1、図8はロック駒3、図9〜図11は解除部材5、図12はキャップ8、図13は締結の作動状態をそれぞれ示す。
図15は、実施の形態2の締結手順を示している。この実施の形態では、簡易締結装置10に対し、軸部材9が外周面に鋸歯形状等の円環状の係合歯9aを有している場合であり、軸部材9の係合歯9aと係合するロック駒3には、同様な円環状の係合歯3hが形成されている。また、軸部材9には、被固定部材11が設けられている。このような構造では、ねじ係合を行う実施の形態1のように、増し締めや締め付けを行うことができないものとなる。
図16及び図17は、実施の形態3の簡易締結装置20を示す。この実施の形態では、ロック駒3を2個用いるものである。
図18〜図20は、実施の形態4の簡易締結装置30を示す。この実施の形態では、軸部材15が矩形軸の場合への適用を示すものである。

Claims (3)
- ロック駒がばねによってケース内で軸部材との係合方向に付勢されており、前記ケースへの前記軸部材の挿通によって前記ロック駒が前記軸部材から退避した後、前記軸部材と係合して締結する構造であって、
締結解除を行う解除部材が前記ケースに直線移動可能に設けられると共に、当該直線移動によって前記ロック駒が前記軸部材から退避するように前記解除部材と前記ロック駒とが連結され、前記解除部材は前記軸部材の挿通方向と交差する方向に直線移動可能となっており、前記ばねは当該交差方向に前記解除部材を付勢することにより前記解除部材を介して前記ロック駒を前記軸部材との係合方向に付勢していることを特徴とする簡易締結装置。
- 前記ケースの外面に前記軸部材の挿通方向と交差する方向のガイド溝が形成され、前記解除部材は前記ガイド溝を摺動するガイドアーム部を有しており、このガイドアーム部と前記ロック駒とがピンによって連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の簡易締結装置。
- 前記ケースは、前記軸部材の挿通方向に沿って前記軸部材から遠ざかる傾斜となっており、前記ロック駒が摺動するテーパ部と、このテーパ部と対向しており、前記ロック駒が係合した前記軸部材の外面を支承する支承壁部とが形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の簡易締結装置。
