Claims (8)
- 第1の流体が通る複数の管体と、前記管体を収容し前記管体の両端に面する領域に端部開口を有するハウジングと、前記複数の管体の表面を流れる第2の流体をシールするためのシール部材とを少なくとも有し、
前記ハウジングは側壁に、前記第2の流体を前記ハウジング内に導くための導入口と、前記第2の流体を前記ハウジングから排出するための第1の排出口と、第2の排出口とを有し、
前記複数の管体は前記ハウジング内に互いに並行に配置され、
前記シール部材は、前記複数の管体における一方の端部側に位置する第1のシール部材、他方の端部側に位置する第2のシール部材、及び前記第1のシール部材と前記第2のシール部材との間に位置する第3のシール部材を有し、
前記第3のシール部材は、前記第1のシール部材との間、及び前記第2のシール部材との間に隙間が生じるよう設けられ、且つ、前記導入口から導かれた前記第2の流体を前記第1の排出口へと導く流路を形成しており、
前記第2の排出口は、前記隙間と連通するように前記ハウジングに設けられていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記第2の流体の前記流路が円柱状に形成され、前記導入口及び前記第1の排出口が円形状に形成され、前記第2の流体の前記流路における開口と前記導入口及び前記第1の排出口とは整合している請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数の管体は、管体の中心軸方向に垂直な断面において、互いに隣り合う三本の管体の断面中心を結んで得られる図形が正三角形を形成するように配置されている請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。
- 前記流路を通る第2の流体が血液であり、当該熱交換器が人工心肺装置の一部を構成する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 第1の流体が通る複数の管体と、筒状であってその両端に端部開口を有するハウジングとを有し、前記ハウジングの側壁には第2の流体を前記ハウジング内に導くための導入口及び前記第2の流体を排出するための排出口が形成されている熱交換器の製造方法であって、
(a)前記複数の管体を、各管体の中心軸が同一平面上に位置するように、間隔をおいて並列に配列する工程と、
(b)前記中心軸に垂直な方向に沿って前記複数の管体全部を囲む帯状の固定部材によって、前記複数の管体を配列された状態で固定して一体化し、その際、前記固定部材は前記中心軸方向に沿って間隔をおいて4つ配置し、そのうち内側に位置する2つの固定部材は、これらの間に前記導入口及び前記排出口が位置するように配置して、管体群を形成する工程と、
(c)前記管体群を複数用意してこれらを積層し、その際、各管体群の前記固定部材をこれと上下に隣り合う別の管体群の前記固定部材に前記中心軸方向において密着させて、熱交換モジュールを形成する工程と、
(d)前記中心軸と前記ハウジングの長手軸とを一致させて、前記熱交換モジュールを前記ハウジングに収容し、その際、各管体群における前記固定部材の前記熱交換モジュールの表面に露出した部分を前記ハウジングの内面に密着又は接着させる工程と、
(e)前記ハウジング内における前記各管体群の前記内側に位置する2つの固定部材によって囲まれた空間に、前記導入口から導入された前記第2の流体を前記排出口へと導く流路が形成されるように樹脂材料を充填し、更に、前記ハウジングの一方側の前記端部開口と前記各管体群の前記一方側に位置する外側の固定部材との間における前記管体間の隙間、及び他方側の前記端部開口と前記他方側に位置する外側の固定部材との間における前記管体間の隙間に樹脂材料を充填する工程とを有することを特徴とする熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記導入口及び前記排出口が、互いに対向する位置に、円形状に形成されており、
前記(e)の工程において、前記ハウジング内における前記各管体群の前記内側に位置する2つの固定部材によって囲まれた空間への前記樹脂材料の充填が、前記導入口の中心と前記排出口の中心とを通る軸を中心にして前記ハウジングを回転させながら行われており、前記流路が円柱状に形成されている請求項5記載の熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記(c)の工程において、複数の前記管体群の積層が、前記複数の管体の軸方向に垂直な断面において、前記各管体群における前記複数の管体それぞれの断面中心を上層又は下層の別の管体群における最も近接する2つの管体の断面中心と結んで得られる図形が正三角形を形成するように行われている請求項5または6に記載の熱交換器の製造方法。
- 前記請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器を有することを特徴とする人工心肺装置。
