Claims (14)
- 第1の流体が内部を流れる管体と、ハウジングとを有し、
前記ハウジングは、前記管体の両端部を露出させる一対の開口と、第2の流体を前記ハウジング内に導くための導入口と、前記導入口と対向するように配置され、且つ、前記第2の流体を排出するための排出口とを備え、
前記第2の流体は前記管体の表面と接触する熱交換器の製造方法であって、
(a)並列、且つ、二次元状に配列された複数本の管体と、管体間の隙間に介在して前記複数本の管体の配列を保持する固定部材とを備え、前記固定部材は、前記管体の中心軸方向に沿って間隔を置いて4つ配置されている熱交換モジュールを形成する工程と、
(b)前記固定部材それぞれの外周部分に、厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔を備え、且つ、前記熱交換モジュールの外側へと突出する壁部を設ける工程と、
(c)前記管体の端部に近い位置に配置された外側の固定部材に設けられた壁部と、前記外側の固定部材に隣接する内側の固定部材に設けられた壁部との間に、これらの貫通孔と連通する流路部材を配置する工程と、
(d)前記熱交換モジュールを前記ハウジングに収容し、前記固定部材の外周部分の前記壁部が設けられていない部分と、前記壁部とをそれぞれ前記ハウジングの内面に密着させる工程と、
(e)前記導入口及び前記排出口の中心を通る軸を中心にして前記ハウジングを回転させながら、前記ハウジングの一方側の前記開口とそれに隣接する前記外側の固定部材との間に存在する管体間の隙間、前記ハウジングの他方側の前記開口とそれに隣接する前記外側の固定部材との間に存在する管体間の隙間、及び内側の二つの固定部材の間に存在する管体間の隙間に、樹脂材料を充填し、更に、前記内側の二つの固定部材の間には、前記導入口から導入された前記第2の流体を前記排出口へと導く流路を形成する工程とを有することを特徴とする熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記(a)の工程において、
互いに平行な状態で一列に配列された2以上の前記管体と、管体間の隙間に介在して2以上の前記管体の列を保持する管体列保持部材とを備え、前記管体列保持部材は前記中心軸方向に沿って間隔をおいて4つ配置されている管体群を形成する工程と、
複数個の前記管体群を積層し、その際、各管体群の前記管体列保持部材をこれと上下に隣り合う別の管体群の前記管体列保持部材に前記中心軸方向において密着させ、各管体群の前記管体列保持部材によって前記固定部材を形成する工程とによって、前記熱交換モジュールが形成され、
前記(b)の工程において、
最上層に位置する前記管体群及び最下層に位置する前記管体群のうち少なくとも一つにおいて、前記管体の端部に近い位置に配置された外側の管体列保持部材と、それに隣接している内側の管体列保持部材とのそれぞれに、互いに対向するように前記壁部が設けられる請求項1に記載の熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記(b)の工程において、最上層に位置する前記管体群及び最下層に位置する前記管体群の両方において、外側の2つの前記管体列保持部材と内側の2つの前記管体列保持部材とに、前記壁部が設けられる請求項2に記載の熱交換器の製造方法。
- 前記導入口及び前記排出口の中心を通る軸と、前記一対の開口それぞれの中心を通る軸とが垂直に交わっており、
前記貫通孔が、前記一対の開口それぞれの中心を通る軸に平行であって、且つ、前記ハウジングの回転軸に垂直に交わる線の上に位置するように設けられている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器の製造方法。 - 前記(e)の工程の終了後に、前記流路部材を排除する工程を更に有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器の製造方法。
- 前記流路部材が、弾性を備えた環状部材で形成され、前記(c)の工程において、前記環状部材が、前記壁部の間に、弾性変形した状態で嵌め込まれる請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器の製造方法。
- 前記(b)の工程において、二つの前記壁部を備え、且つ、一方の前記壁部と他方の前記壁部とを互いに対向した状態で連結して形成された流路形成部材を、一方の前記壁部が前記外側の固定部材から突出し、他方の前記壁部が前記外側の固定部材に隣接する内側の前記固定部材から突出するように配置する請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の熱交換機の製造方法。
- 前記(e)の工程において、
前記ハウジングの一方側の前記開口とそれに隣接する前記外側の固定部材との間に存在する管体間の隙間、及び前記ハウジングの他方側の前記開口とそれに隣接する前記外側の固定部材との間に存在する管体間の隙間に前記樹脂材料を供給し、
更に、前記外側の固定部材に設けられた壁部の貫通孔、前記流路部材、及び前記外側の固定部材に隣接する内側の固定部材に設けられた壁部の貫通孔を介して、前記内側の二つの固定部材の間に存在する管体間の隙間に、前記樹脂材料を供給する請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の熱交換器の製造方法。 - 熱交換モジュールと、前記熱交換モジュールを収容するハウジングと、シール部材とを備えた熱交換器であって、
前記熱交換モジュールは、第1の流体が内部を流れる複数本の管体と、固定部材とを備え、前記複数本の管体は、並列、且つ、二次元状に配列され、前記固定部材は、管体間の隙間に介在して前記複数本の管体の配列を保持し、且つ、前記管体の中心軸方向に沿って間隔を置いて4つ配置され、前記固定部材それぞれの外周部分には、厚み方向に貫通する貫通孔を備え、且つ、前記熱交換モジュールの外側へと突出する壁部が設けられ、
前記管体の端部に近い位置に配置された外側の固定部材に設けられた壁部と、前記外側の固定部材に隣接する内側の固定部材に設けられた壁部との間に、これらの貫通孔と連通する流路部材が配置され、
前記ハウジングは、前記管体の両端部を露出させる一対の開口と、前記複数本の管体の表面を流れる第2の流体を前記ハウジング内に導くための導入口と、前記導入口と対向するように配置され、且つ、前記第2の流体を排出するための排出口とを備え、前記ハウジングの内面は、前記固定部材の外周部分の前記壁部が設けられていない部分と、前記壁部とに密着し、
前記シール部材は、第1のシール部材と、第2のシール部材と、第3のシール部材とを備え、
前記第1のシール部材は、前記ハウジングの一方側の前記開口と前記一方側の前記管体の端部に近い位置に配置された外側の固定部材との間に存在する管体間の隙間に充填された樹脂材料で形成され、
前記第2のシール部材は、前記ハウジングの他方側の前記開口と前記他方側の前記管体の端部に近い位置に配置された外側の固定部材との間に存在する管体間の隙間に充填された樹脂材料で形成され、
前記第3のシール部材は、内側の二つの固定部材の間に存在する管体間の隙間に充填された樹脂材料で形成され、
前記内側の二つの固定部材の間には、前記第3のシール部材によって、前記導入口から導入された前記第2の流体を前記排出口へと導く流路が形成されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記流路部材が弾性を備えた環状部材で構成されており、
前記管体の端部に近い位置に配置された外側の固定部材に設けられた壁部と、前記外側の固定部材に隣接する内側の固定部材に設けられた壁部とが、これらの間に、前記環状部材を弾性変形させた状態で嵌め込めるように形成されている請求項9に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記外側の固定部材に設けられた壁部の貫通孔の前記流路部材側の開口の周囲、及び前記内側の固定部材に設けられた壁部の貫通孔の前記流路部材側の開口の周囲に、前記流路部材の位置決めを行うための凸部が形成されている請求項9または10に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換モジュールが、複数個の管体群を積層して形成され、
前記複数個の管体群それぞれは、互いに平行な状態で一列に配列された2以上の前記管体と、管体間の隙間に介在して2以上の前記管体の列を保持する管体列保持部材とを備え、前記管体列保持部材は、前記中心軸方向に沿って間隔をおいて4つ配置され、
各管体群の前記管体列保持部材は、これと上下に隣り合う別の管体群の前記管体列保持部材に前記中心軸方向において密着して、前記固定部材を形成し、
最上層に位置する前記管体群及び最下層に位置する前記管体群のうち少なくとも一つにおいて、前記管体の端部に近い位置に配置された外側の管体列保持部材と、それに隣接している内側の管体列保持部材とのそれぞれに、互いに対向するように前記壁部が設けられている請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 最上層に位置する前記管体群及び最下層に位置する前記管体群の両方において、外側の2つの前記管体列保持部材と内側の2つの前記管体列保持部材とに、前記壁部が設けられている請求項12に記載の熱交換器。
- 上記請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の熱交換器の製造方法を備えたことを特徴とする人工心肺装置の製造方法。
