Claims (15)
- 正極板、セパレータ、負極板が順次配置された電池部と、
前記電池部の各極板からそれぞれ引出された複数の電極タブと、
前記電池部が収容される空間部が形成され、前記空間部の縁部に沿って熱融着される密閉面が形成されたケースと、
前記ケースの密閉面上に配置され、前記電極タブと電気的に連結された保護回路基板と、を含むパウチ型リチウム二次電池であって、
前記電極タブは密閉面を通じてケースの外部に突出した部分が前記ケースの密閉面に対して直立方向に折り曲げられており、
前記保護回路基板の端子は、前記電極タブの、前記ケースの密閉面に対して直立方向に折り曲げられた部分に接していることを特徴とするパウチ型リチウム二次電池。 - 前記電極タブは前記密閉面の先端部から前記ケースの厚さ方向に所定長さ折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極タブは90°折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記保護回路基板は前記ケースの外側壁と折り曲げられた電極タブとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極タブは前記密閉面の先端部側と共に前記電池部が収容されるケースの厚さ方向に所定長さ折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記保護回路基板は前記ケースの外側壁と折り曲げられた電極タブとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記保護回路基板は前記密閉面上にその幅方向に位置していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極タブは密閉面の先端部から折り曲げられる部分に電極タブと密閉面との電気的絶縁のために絶縁テープが巻かれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 正極板、セパレータ、負極板が順次配置された電池部を完成する段階と、
前記電池部をケース内の空間部に収容し、前記空間部の縁部に沿って形成された密閉面を熱融着してケース内部を密閉する段階と、
前記ケースの外部に突出し、前記電池部の各極板と電気的に連結された電極タブ上に、電池に異常がある時に電流の流れを遮断する保護回路基板の各端子を電気的に連結する段階と、
前記密閉面を通じてケースの外部に突出した電極タブ部分を前記ケースの密閉面に対して直立方向に折り曲げて前記保護回路基板を前記ケースの密閉面上に配置する段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするリチウム二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記電極タブを折り曲げる段階では、
前記電極タブは前記密閉面の先端部から前記電池部が収容されるケースの厚さ方向に所定長さ折り曲げることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記電極タブを折り曲げる段階では、
前記保護回路基板は前記ケースの外壁と折り曲げられた電極タブとの間に幅方向に配置することを特徴とする請求項9に記載のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。 - 電池部が収容される空間部を提供し、前記空間部の縁部に沿って熱融着される密閉面が形成されたケースと、
前記ケースの密閉面上に配置され、前記電池部からケースの外部に引出される電極タブと電気的に連結された保護回路基板と、を含むパウチ型リチウム二次電池であって、
前記電極タブは前記密閉面上で前記保護回路基板の各電極端子と接した状態でケースの厚さ方向に折り曲げられていることを特徴とするパウチ型リチウム二次電池。 - 前記保護回路基板は前記ケースの外側壁と折り曲げられた電極タブとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極タブは前記密閉面の先端部側と共に折り曲げられていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極タブは前記密閉面の先端部から折り曲げられる部分に電極タブと密閉面との電気的絶縁のために絶縁テープが巻かれていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のパウチ型リチウム二次電池。
