Claims (11)
- 다수의 단위셀들이 연속적인 분리막 필름에 의해 폴딩되어 있는 전극조립체로서, 상기 단위셀들은 그것의 전극탭들이 서로 대면하도록 분리막 필름 상에 배열되어 있고, 상기 분리막 필름에는 전극탭들에 대응하는 위치에 개구가 천공되어 있으며, 상기 개구에 전극탭들이 삽입되도록 단위셀들을 위치시킨 상태에서 단위셀들을 길이방향(세로방향)으로 폴딩하여 제조되는 구조로 이루어진 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위셀은 바이셀 또는 풀셀인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리막 필름은 단위셀을 구성하는 분리막과 동일한 소재이거나 또는 기타 다공성의 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 단위셀들을 분리막 필름 상에 열융착시켜 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단위셀로서 바이셀을 사용하는 경우, 동일한 유형의 바이셀들(C형 바이셀 또는 A형 바이셀)이 서로 전극 탭이 대면하도록 배열하고, 바이셀의 하단부 방향에 다른 유형의 바이셀들이 인접하도록 배열하며, 첫 번째 바이 셀에 인접한 부위에는 바이셀이 배열되어 있지 않아 바이셀의 크기 만큼 이격된 부위가 존재하며, 상기 이격 부위는 폴딩 과정에서 첫 번째 바이셀의 전면을 감쌈으로써 바이셀들 상호간의 전기적 이격 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 단위셀로서 풀셀을 사용하는 경우, 서로 다른 전극면(양극면 또는 음극면)이 동일면(전면)을 향하면서 전극 탭이 서로 대면하도록 배열하고, 각 풀셀의 하단부에는 다른 전극면이 동일면(전면)을 향하도록 풀셀들을 인접 배열하며, 첫 번째 풀셀에 인접한 부위에는 풀셀이 배열되어 있지 않아 풀셀의 크기 만큼 이격된 부위가 존재하고, 상기 이격 부위는 폴딩 과정에서 첫 번째 풀셀의 전면을 감쌈으로써 풀셀들 상호간의 전기적 이격 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 단위셀들의 하단부 대면 거리가 폴딩 방향으로 점차 넓어지도록 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극조립체.
- 제 1 항에 따른 전극조립체를 포함하고 있는 전기화학 셀.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학 셀은 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 리튬이온을 매개로 하는 리튬 이차전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 이차전지는 금속층과 수지층을 포함하고 있는 라미네이트 시트의 파우치형 케이스에 전극조립체가 내장되어 있는 구조로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 셀.
