Description

Claims (8)
- どうかして機能不全状態になっている患者の心臓弁を再構成するのに適合した大きさ及び形状を有する部分的な又は完全な輪状形成リングと、
一対の三角部の縫合又は移植可能なアンカーと、
少なくとも前記リングの長さ方向の、ステープルと前記リングとの間の相対的な移動を可能とするように、前記リングの長さ方向に沿って間隔をおいて配置された位置で前記リングと共同するのに適した大きさと形状に作られている、一対の脚部を有する複数のステープルと、
を備え、
患者の心臓弁は、生来の弁構成要素の微妙な移動を妨げないように再構成されることが可能であることを特徴とする房室弁を再構成するシステム。 - 前記ステープル各々は、その中にステープルが移植される組織の表面の上に延びている門形開口を形成する、一対の内側に向けて突出し、対向する屈曲部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記ステープルは、形状記憶合金材料からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記脚部は、患者の組織に移植後その主要長さに対して安定した角度の姿勢を取る自由端を有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記脚部は、移植後互いにかみ合う姿勢を形成する自由端を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記輪状形成リングは、部分的なリングであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 前記部分的なリングは、開口部を備えており、複数の間隔を置いて離れて配置される細長い窓を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 形状記憶材料からなるポストを有する一対のアンカーが含まれ、前記部分的なリングは、一方の端部に、前記ポストが入り、部分的に装着されているリングの有効長さを調整することを許容するのに適合している一対の整列された孔を有することを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のシステム。
