Claims (10)
- 無段変速機から車輪に至る動力伝達経路に駆動力源が設けられており、この駆動力源から車輪に至る経路にクラッチが設けられており、前記駆動力源から前記車輪に至る経路を動力伝達可能にするための駆動レンジと、前記駆動力源から前記車輪に至る経路を動力伝達不可能にするための非駆動レンジとを選択的に切り替え可能に構成されている車両用駆動装置の制御装置において、
前記非駆動レンジから駆動レンジに切り替えられる場合における車速制御要求を判断する車速制御要求判断手段と、
前記車速制御要求の判断結果に基づいて、前記駆動力源のトルクを制御する駆動力源制御手段とを備え、
前記無段変速機の入力側に、アクセル開度に基づいて回転数が制御される第2の駆動力源が連結されており、
前記車速制御要求判断手段は、アクセル開度または制動要求に基づいて、前記車速制御要求を判断する手段を更に含み、
前記駆動力源制御手段は、前記駆動力源のトルクを増加する手段と、前記制動要求がある場合とない場合とで、前記駆動力源のトルクを増加する時期を変更する手段とを、更に含むことを特徴とする車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記無段変速機は、相互に差動回転可能な入力要素と反力要素と出力要素とを有しており、前記入力要素が前記第2の駆動力源に連結され、前記反力要素が反力発生装置に連結され、前記出力要素が前記駆動力源に対して動力伝達可能に連結されているとともに、前記反力発生装置の出力を制御することにより、前記無段変速機の変速比を無段階に制御可能に構成されているとともに、前記クラッチのトルク容量を制御することにより変速比が制御される変速機が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力源制御手段は、前記制動要求がない場合は、制動要求がある場合よりも、前記駆動力源のトルクを増加する時期を早くする手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車速制御要求判断手段は、アクセル開度に基づいて加速要求を判断する手段を含み、

を、更に有していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記非駆動レンジから駆動レンジに切り替えられる前に前記アクセル開度が増加し、かつ、前記駆動力源の回転数を制御する場合に、前記第2の駆動力源を始動させる駆動力源始動手段を、更に有していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記アクセル開度に基づいて、前記駆動力源の回転数を制御する回転数制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力源始動手段は、前記駆動力源の回転数および前記第2の駆動力源の回転数に基づいて、前記駆動力源の回転数が上昇することを防止する上限ガード回転数以下に、前記第2の駆動力源の回転数を維持する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記駆動力源始動手段は、前記第2の駆動力源自体の出力制御によりその回転数を制御する手段を含み、
前記非駆動レンジから駆動レンジへの切り替えが開始されてから、非駆動レンジから駆動レンジへの切り替えが終了するまでの間、前記反力発生装置のトルクを最低値に制御する第2のトルク制御手段を、更に有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記駆動力源制御手段は、前記駆動力源のトルクを徐々に上昇させる手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車速制御要求判断手段は、前記非駆動レンジから駆動レンジに切り替えられる前、または切り替え途中、または切り替え後のうち、少なくとも1つの時点における車速制御要求を判断する手段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれかに記載の車両用駆動装置の制御装置。
