図6(1)は、コイルに矩形波を供給した場合のコイル両端の電位変化を示している。(2)はコイル両端の逆起電圧波形を示している。(3)は、コイル両端の消費電流波形を示している。図7は、二つの相のコイル列間に置かれた永久磁石が、図示右方向に運動した場合におけるコイルに発生する逆起電力を説明するための原理図である。

Claims (5)
- 複数のコイルを有するコイル体と永久磁石との組み合せを備え、
前記コイル体の複数のコイルは交互の異極に励磁されるように駆動回路から励磁信号が前記コイル体に供給され、
前記永久磁石は複数の磁極要素が交互に異極になるように配置された構造からなるとともに、
複数相からなる各相の前記コイル体が、位相差を持って設けられてなり、
さらに、前記複数相のコイル体に対して前記永久磁石が回転するように構成したモータであって、
前記駆動回路は、各相の前記コイル体に、前記永久磁石の回転に応じた励磁信号を供給して、前記コイル体と前記永久磁石間の磁気的吸引―反発によって前記コイル体と前記永久磁石とを相対的に正方向に移動させるように構成されており、
前記永久磁石の磁気変動を検出するホール素子センサを、前記複数相のそれぞれに前記位相差を持つよう備え、このホール素子センサは前記磁気変動に対応したアナログ波形を出力するものであり、
前記駆動回路は、前記コイル体と前記永久磁石間の相対移動に応じて、前記コイルに発生する逆起電圧パターンの波形信号に相当する波形を出力するように設けられた前記ホール素子センサからの波形を増幅して前記励磁信号として前記コイル体に直接供給するとともに、前記駆動回路は前記複数相の各相に対するホール素子センサの出力極性を反転させた後前記コイル体に供給することにより、前記コイル体と前記永久磁石との間で相対的に逆方向に移動させるように構成されてなり、
さらに、前記ホール素子センサから得られたアナログ信号に対するヒステリシスレベルを任意に可変するための可変手段と、前記可変手段から得られた正極信号及び負極信号を基に、各相の駆動信号の供給許可信号として駆動信号を形成し、移動方向の信号に基づき各相の前記コイル体に直接供給するマルチプレクサと、を備えてなる、モータ。 - 前記駆動回路は、前記コイル体から発生する逆起電圧により誘起される逆起電圧波形を、前記ホール素子センサで代行し検出するように構成されてなる請求項1記載のモータ。
- 前記駆動回路は、前記コイル体から発生する逆起電圧により誘起される逆起電圧波形を、前記ホール素子センサで代行した検出量としてPWM変換部にてPWM波形を形成し、前記励磁信号として前記コイル体に直接供給するように構成されてなる請求項1記載のモータ。
- 前記駆動回路への電源供給時に、各相の前記ホール素子センサの出力が各相のコイル体に供給すると前記永久磁石が移動できるように、各相のコイル体の設置位置のシフト量が決定されてなる請求項1記載のモータ。
- 環状になった前記複数相のコイル組間に前記永久磁石を有するロータが配置されてなる請求項1記載のモータ。
