Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明のモータは、複数のコイルの組と永久磁石の組み合せを備え、このコイルの組は、交互の異極に励磁されるように駆動回路から励磁信号が供給されるとともに、前記永久磁石は複数の磁極要素が交互に異極になるように配置された構造からなり、前記駆動回路は前記コイル組に所定の周波数を持った励磁信号を供給して、前記コイルと永久磁石間の磁気的吸引―反発によって前記コイル組と永久磁石とを相対的に移動させるように構成されてなり、さらに、前記駆動回路は前記コイル組に、当該コイル組と永久磁石間の相対移動に応じて発生する逆起電圧のパターンに相当する波形信号を当該コイル組に供給するように構成されてなる。

図6(1)は、コイルに矩形波を供給した場合のコイル両端の電位変化を示している。(2)はコイル両端の逆起電圧波形を示している。(3)は、コイル両端の消費電流波形を示している。図7は、二つの相のコイル列間に置かれた永久磁石が、図示右方向に運動した場合におけるコイルに発生する逆起電力を説明するための原理図である。

Claims (13)
- 複数のコイルの組と永久磁石の組み合せを備え、このコイルの組は、交互の異極に励磁されるように駆動回路から励磁信号が供給されるとともに、前記永久磁石は複数の磁極要素が交互に異極になるように配置された構造からなり、
前記駆動回路は前記コイル組に所定の周波数を持った励磁信号を供給して、前記コイルと永久磁石間の磁気的吸引―反発によって前記コイル組と永久磁石とを相対的に移動させるように構成されてなり、さらに、
前記駆動回路は前記コイル組に、当該コイル組と永久磁石間の相対移動に応じて発生する逆起電圧のパターンに相当する波形信号を当該コイル組に供給するように構成されてなるモータ。 - 前記駆動回路は、前記永久磁石の磁気変動を検出するホール素子センサを備え、このホール素子センサは前記磁気変化に対応した波形を出力するものであり、当該駆動回路はこのホールセンサの出力を前記コイル組に直接供給するように構成されてなる請求項1記載のモータ。
- 前記コイル組として複数の相を備えるとともに、各相毎にホール素子センサを配置してなる請求項2記載のモータ。
- 前記複数相のコイル組間のコイル配置を互いにシフトしてなり、かつ前記複数相間のホール素子センサの配置もシフトしてなる請求項3記載のモータ。
- 前記駆動回路への電源供給時に、前記ホール素子からの出力が前記複数相のコイル組に供給すると前記永久磁石が回転できるように、前記複数相のコイル組のコイル位置のシフト量が決定されてなる請求項4記載のモータ。
- 環状になった前記複数のコイル相間に前記永久磁石からなるロータが配置されてなる請求項3又は4記載のモータ。
- モータの始動時には矩形波を前記駆動回路が前記各相コイルに供給し、モータの安定動作時には前記逆起電圧波形を前記各相コイルに供給するようにした請求項2−6のいずれか1項記載のモータ。
- 前記駆動回路は、前記永久磁石の磁気変動を検出するセンサを備え、このセンサは前記逆起電圧のパターンに相当する検出信号パターンを発生し、このセンサ出力を前記コイル組に直接供給するように構成されてなる請求項1記載のモータ。
- 前記駆動回路は前記センサ出力をPMW制御するPMW制御部を備える請求項8記載のモータ。
- 交流電動モータの駆動システムであって、前記交流電動モータが固有に持つ逆起電力波形と同一波形を電磁コイルに励磁させることを特徴とする駆動システム。
- 前記波形をホール素子センサにより形成させたことを特徴とする請求項10記載のシステム。
- 前記ホール素子センサにより形成された波形をPWM制御手段を介して形成した請求項11記載のシステム。
- 請求項2記載のモータであって、前記出力波形が正弦波様波形又は三角波形であるモータ。
