Claims (4)
- 駆動源の駆動により解錠方向及び施錠方向に回転するカム部材と、このカム部材の摺動面に当接するカム当接面を有し、前記カム部材の摺動面に追従して可動部材の移動を阻止するロック位置と前記可動部材の移動を許容するロック解除位置との間で移動するロック部材とを備えた電動ロック装置であって、
前記カム部材の前記摺動面のカムプロフィールは、前記カム部材の一定の回転角度範囲に亘って、前記ロック部材のロック位置からロック解除位置への移動に必要な前記カム部材の回転トルクがほぼ一定値に、且つ当該一定値が駆動源の回転トルクの最大許容値以下になるように設定されたことを特徴とする電動ロック装置。 - 請求項1記載の電動ロック装置であって、
前記カム部材の回転角度当たりの前記ロック部材の移動ストローク量と、前記カム部材の回転中心から摺動ポイントまでの半径長さと、前記カム部材の回転角度当たりの前記ロック部材の前記カム当接面の摺動長さとを変数とする回転トルクの関係式に基づき、回転トルクを一定値とした上記関係式を満足する移動ストローク量と半径長さと摺動長さの各値に基づいてカムプロフィールが設定されたことを特徴とする電動ロック装置。 - 請求項2記載の電動ロック装置であって、
移動ストローク量を任意の所定値に設定し、回転トルクの関係式を満足する半径長さと摺動長さの各候補値の内で前記摺動面のカムプロフィールを滑らかな連続面となる最適値を選択することによりカムプロフィールが設定されたことを特徴とする電動ロック装置。 - 請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項記載の電動ロック装置であって、
前記カム部材の回転トルクをほぼ一定値に設定したカムプロフィールの領域は、前記ロック部材のロック位置からロック解除位置までの移動領域の内の高負荷領域に限定され、
低負荷領域での前記カム部材のカムプロフィールは、該カム部材の回転角あたりの該ロック部材の移動ストローク量が、高負荷領域における移動ストローク量よりも大きくなるように設定されたことを特徴とする電動ロック装置。
