[0003] As a similar technique, there is a two-pack mixed type prefilled syringe, for example, those described in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-14465 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-14756 are typical examples. As shown in FIG. 4, the basic configuration of these prefilled syringes is that a gasket 154 is formed when a bypass groove 152 is formed in a central inner wall of a syringe outer cylinder 151 and a plunger 153 is pushed in.
A liquid B (for example, a solution) between the gasket 154 and the plunger 153 enters through the bypass groove 152 ahead of the gasket 154, and is mixed with the dry medicine A (for example, an antibiotic). That is, in such a prefilled syringe, two kinds of medicines are stored and mixed at the time of use inside the syringe outer cylinder 151 . On the other hand, in the present invention, two kinds of liquids are stored in an isolated state until use, and mixing is performed in another bag, and the method of use is different from that of the prefilled syringe.

Means for Solving the Problems] multiple drug solution mixture delivery instrument of the present invention, the tip is closed, rear end is open, a barrel flange at the rear end outer periphery is formed, the outer from the tip of the barrel A double-ended needle in which an outer needle portion protruding in the direction and an inner needle portion located in the barrel are integrally formed, and provided between the blade portion of the inner needle portion and the tip of the barrel in the barrel. A gasket stopper, a vial whose front end is open and whose rear end is closed, which can be inserted in a liquid-tight manner from the rear end opening to the front end of the barrel, and which is inserted apart from each other inside the vial, Each of the gaskets includes a first gasket and a second gasket having a puncture thin portion at a central portion, and a section between the first gasket and the second gasket is formed by a first gasket.
A liquid chamber, wherein a section between the second gasket and the rear end of the vial is a second liquid chamber, from an end surface of the gasket stopper where the first gasket abuts to a tip of a passage hole of a blade portion of the inner needle portion. Is larger than the thickness of the first gasket plus the thickness from the front end surface of the second gasket to the rear end surface of the punctured thin portion.

According to the present invention, a vial has two liquid chambers which are airtightly partitioned by two gaskets, and different liquid chemicals can be isolated and stored in each liquid chamber. Since it is made into a kit so that a drug solution or the like can be injected by pushing it into the container, handling such as storage, transportation, and co-injection operation is easy. When co-injecting, the outer needle of the double-ended needle is punctured into the bag and the vial is pushed into the barrel.
When the gasket is punctured into the inner needle portion of the double-ended needle, the medicinal solution or the like in the first liquid chamber is injected into the bag through the double-ended needle, and when the vial is further pushed in, the second gasket is punctured at the inner needle portion of the double-ended needle. Thus, the drug solution or the like in the second liquid chamber is injected into the bag through the double-ended needle. The two kinds of chemicals and the like injected into the bag are mixed in the bag. When a chemical solution or the like is contained in the bag in advance, three types of chemical solutions or the like are mixed. As described above, the co-injection operation may be a push-in operation in one direction of the vial, so that the co-infusion operation is extremely easy. According to the present invention, the barrel, the stopper and the double-ended needle can be integrally formed of plastic or the like, and the number of parts can be reduced to four, including the vial and the two gaskets.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a gasket stopper, which is a cross-shaped member radially formed on the outer periphery of the inner needle portion 22 of the double-ended needle 2, and has a shorter length than the inner needle portion 22 of the double-ended needle 2. It is provided to extend from the wall 12 toward the rear end. The barrel 1, the double-ended needle 2 and the gasket stopper 3 are preferably formed integrally with a synthetic resin such as high-density polyethylene or polypropylene, because they can be manufactured at low cost. Further, the gasket stopper 3 is not limited to the above shape, and may have any shape as long as the stop position of the first gasket 51 described later can be accurately regulated.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a vial, which is a cylindrical member whose rear end is closed by a rear end wall 42 and whose front end is opened. The outer diameter of the cylindrical body 41 of the vial 4 is a size that can be inserted almost in close contact with the inner wall of the cylindrical body 11 of the barrel 1, and the outer diameter of the gasket stopper 3 is the cylindrical diameter of the vial 4. It is smaller than the inner diameter of the body 41. Therefore, the vial 4 can be pushed into the barrel 1 with a light force by a human without being interfered by the gasket stopper 3. When the pushing operation is performed, the index finger and the middle finger are hooked on the flange 13 of the barrel 1, and the thumb is pressed against the rear end wall 42 of the vial 4, and the force is easily applied.

Next, a method of using the chemical solution injection device of this embodiment will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 2 (I), holding the chemical mixture injection device in the state of FIG. 1 in a hand, the outer needle portion 21 of the chemical mixture injection device is punctured into the mouth 61 of the chemical solution dissolving bag 6. Then
The index finger and the middle finger of one hand are hooked on the flange 13 of the barrel 1 and the vial 4 is pushed in with the thumb. Then, since the liquid is incompressible, the first gasket 51 and the second gasket 5
2 keeps the same separation distance, the vial 4 is the barrel 1
2A. First, as shown in FIG. 2I, the puncture thin portion 53 of the first gasket 51 is punctured by the blade portion 25 of the inner needle portion 22. Subsequently, when the vial 4 is further pushed in, the first gasket 51 is completely pierced as shown in FIG. 2 (II), and the first chemical liquid a in the first liquid chamber 55 passes through the chemical liquid passage 23 of the double-ended needle 2. It is injected into the bag 6. At this time, the first gasket 51 does not move to the distal end side from the position when the puncture thin portion 53 is pierced. This is because no pressing force is applied since the first chemical liquid a is discharged. When the vial 4 is further pushed in, the first
The chemical solution a is completely discharged, and at this time, as shown in FIG. 3 (III), the second gasket 52 is
The first gasket 51 contacts the gasket stopper 3 and stops, and the puncture thin portion 54 is pierced by the inner needle portion 25 of the double-ended needle 2. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the distance D from the end face of the gasket stopper 3 to the tip of the passage hole 23 opened in the blade portion 25 of the inner needle 22 is equal to the thickness d1 of the first gasket 51 and the second gasket 52. The thickness of the second gasket 5 is larger than the sum of the thickness d2 from the front end surface to the rear end surface of the puncture thin portion 54.
The second puncturing thin portion 54 is reliably punctured, and the blade portion 25 of the inner needle 22 protruding toward the second liquid chamber is exposed to the second liquid chamber 56. Therefore, when the vial 4 is further pushed in, the second chemical solution b is discharged into the bag 6 through the chemical solution passage hole 23 of the double-ended needle 2. FIG. 3 (IV) shows a state in which the vial 4 has been pushed all the way to the end.
The chemical solution b is also injected into the bag 6.

As described above, when the first chemical solution a and the second chemical solution b are injected into the bag 6, when the bag 6 is empty, the two solutions a and b are mixed in the bag 6. When the third chemical is previously stored in the bag 6, the three chemicals are mixed.

As described above, in the chemical liquid injection device of the present embodiment,
The two liquids can be injected into the bag 6 simply by pushing the vial 4 in one direction, and the operation is extremely easy. Also,
The barrel 1, the double-ended needle 2, and the gasket stopper 3 can be integrally formed of a synthetic resin such as high-density polyethylene or polypropylene, so that the total number of parts is four, including a vial and two gaskets 51, 52. Therefore, it can be manufactured at low cost.
