Description
Claims (13)
- 電極組立体及び電解液が収容される電池缶と、前記電池缶に結合するキャッププレートと、前記電池缶と前記キャッププレートとの間に配置されるガスケットと、を含む円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置であって、
前記電池缶の端部と前記ガスケットの端部が予め設定された方向に向かうように配置され、前記キャッププレートが前記ガスケットに接触するように配置された前記円筒型二次電池セルが引き込まれる支持部材と、
前記支持部材によって予め設定された位置に移動した前記円筒型二次電池セルを固定する少なくとも一つの固定部材と、
前記固定部材によって固定された前記円筒型二次電池セルの上部に位置し、回転しながら前記電池缶の端部を加圧してクリンピング部を形成する成形部材と、を含む、円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。 - 前記ガスケットが前記電池缶の内側に位置して前記電池缶に接触し、前記キャッププレートが前記ガスケットの内側に位置して前記ガスケットに接触し、
前記成形部材が前記電池缶の外側を加圧する、請求項1に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。 - 前記支持部材は、
前記円筒型二次電池セルが引き込まれる収容部と、
前記円筒型二次電池セルを前記固定部材側へ移動させる第1移動部と、を含む、請求項1または2に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。 - 前記電池缶には、前記ガスケットの下部で周りに沿って内側溝が形成され、
前記固定部材は、前記内側溝に挿入されて前記円筒型二次電池セルを固定する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。 - 前記固定部材は、
前記内側溝に挿入されるように形成された固定突部と、
前記固定突部に結合して前記固定突部を移動させる第2移動部と、を含む、請求項4に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。 - 前記成形部材は、
前記キャッププレートに接触する支持ホルダーと、
前記支持ホルダーに回転可能に結合し、前記支持ホルダーを中心軸にして回転する回転板と、
前記回転板に結合して前記回転板と共に回転し、前記電池缶の端部を加圧して前記クリンピング部を形成する成形ローラーと、を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。 - 前記成形ローラーは、一対が備えられて前記支持ホルダーの周りに配置され、前記回転板の中心から離隔した位置で前記回転板に結合する、請求項6に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。
- 前記成形ローラーは、
前記回転板に結合する連結ロッドと、
前記連結ロッドに結合し、前記支持ホルダーの周りに配置され、前記電池缶の端部を加圧する加圧ロッドと、を含む、請求項6または7に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。 - 前記加圧ロッドは、
前記連結ロッドに結合する回転軸と、
前記回転軸に結合するローラー部材と、を含む、請求項8に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。 - 前記ローラー部材は、前記電池缶の端部と接触する部分に傾斜部が形成された、請求項9に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。
- 前記成形部材が、金属材質で製作された、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産装置。
- 電極組立体及び電解液が収容される電池缶と、前記電池缶の上部に結合するキャッププレートと、前記電池缶と前記キャッププレートとの間に配置されるガスケットと、を含む円筒型二次電池セルの生産方法であって、
前記電池缶の端部と前記ガスケットの端部が予め設定された方向に向かうように配置され、前記キャッププレートが前記ガスケットに接触するように配置された前記円筒型二次電池セルが支持部材に引き込まれる段階と、
前記支持部材によって予め設定された位置へ移動した前記円筒型二次電池セルを固定部材が固定する段階と、
前記固定部材によって固定された前記円筒型二次電池セルの上部に成形部材が位置し、前記成形部材が回転しながら前記電池缶の端部を加圧してクリンピング部を形成する段階と、を含む、円筒型二次電池セルの生産方法。 - 前記電池缶の端部を加圧して成形する段階は、
成形ローラーが回転板に結合して前記回転板と共に回転しながら前記電池缶の端部を加圧する段階を含む、請求項12に記載の円筒型二次電池セルの生産方法。
