Claims (13)
- コアドリル用ビット(1)であって、
管軸(12)と、
前記コアドリル用ビットを電動工具(35)に装着するための、前記管軸(12)の近位端に配置された装着プラットフォーム(34)と、
前記管軸(12)の遠位端に配置された研削領域(3)を備えた環状切削部(2)と、
トランスポンダ(24)と、
前記トランスポンダ(24)のスリットアンテナ(26)を形成する、前記管軸(12)のスリット(27)と
を備える、コアドリル用ビット。 - 前記スリット(27)は非金属材料で充填されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記管軸(12)は鋼製である、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記トランスポンダ(24)は無線信号に応答し、前記スリット(27)の長さは前期無線信号の波長の4分の1又は半分に対応する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1つに記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記無線信号の搬送周波数は0.4Ghzから5.0GHzまでの範囲である、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記トランスポンダ(24)は受動型のトランスポンダ(24)であり、その搬送周波数は0.8GHzから1.0Ghzまでの範囲である、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1つに記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記スリット(27)の一端(28)は、前記トランスポンダ(24)と接触するか、又は近接している、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1つに記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記トランスポンダ(24)は前記環状切削部(2)に装着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1つに記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記環状切削部(2)は解放可能に前記管軸(12)に装着されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8の何れか1つに記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記管軸(12)は内側スリーブ(18)を有し、前記環状切削部(2)は前記内側スリーブ(18)を周方向に覆う外側スリーブ(19)を有し、前記トランスポンダ(24)は前記外側スリーブ(19)に装着されるとともに前記内側スリーブ(18)に面する、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記スリット(27)の端(28)は前記内側スリーブ(18)に存在する、ことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記装着プラットフォーム(34)は、前記管軸(12)の受入室(13)に開放された吸水口(42)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11の何れか1つに記載のコアドリル用ビット。
- 前記トランスポンダ(24)は、1つ又はそれ以上の前記環状切削部(2)固有の識別子と、前記環状切削部(2)の種別識別子と、使用されていない研削領域(3)の高さと、前記コアドリル用ビット(1)の操作パラメータと、を含む保存データを有する記録媒体(23)を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12の何れか1つに記載のコアドリル用ビット。
