Abstract
【解決手段】分光器1は、底壁部12と、底壁部に対して一方の側に配置された側壁部13と、を有する支持体10と、底壁部における一方の側に配置された分光部52と、分光部と対向した状態で側壁部に支持された光検出素子30と、を備える。分光部と光検出素子とが互いに対向する第1方向Zから見た場合に、分光部を構成する複数のグレーティング溝52aが並ぶ第2方向Xにおける支持体の長さは、第2方向に垂直な第3方向Yにおける支持体の長さよりも、大きい。側壁部は、第1方向から見た場合に第2方向において互いに対向する一対の第1側壁と、第1方向から見た場合に第3方向において互いに対向する一対の第2側壁と、を有する。底壁部の内側表面と、一対の第1側壁のそれぞれの内側表面とは、不連続な状態で互いに接続されている。

- 底壁部と、前記底壁部に対して一方の側に配置された側壁部と、を有する支持体と、
前記底壁部における前記一方の側に配置された分光部と、
前記分光部と対向した状態で前記側壁部に支持された光検出素子と、を備え、
前記分光部と前記光検出素子とが互いに対向する第1方向から見た場合に、前記分光部を構成する複数のグレーティング溝が並ぶ第2方向における前記支持体の長さは、前記第2方向に垂直な第3方向における前記支持体の長さよりも、大きく、
前記側壁部は、前記第1方向から見た場合に前記第2方向において互いに対向する一対の第1側壁と、前記第1方向から見た場合に前記第3方向において互いに対向する一対の第2側壁と、を有し、
前記底壁部の内側表面と、前記一対の第1側壁のそれぞれの内側表面とは、不連続な状態で互いに接続されている、分光器。 - 前記一対の第1側壁のそれぞれの厚さは、前記一対の第2側壁のそれぞれの厚さよりも、大きい、請求項1に記載の分光器。
- 前記側壁部は、前記第1方向から見た場合に前記分光部を包囲する環状の形状を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の分光器。
- 前記第2方向における前記支持体の熱膨張率は、前記第3方向における前記支持体の熱膨張率よりも小さい、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の分光器。
- 前記光検出素子は、前記側壁部のうち、前記底壁部とは反対側において、前記支持体の内側の空間が拡幅された第1拡幅部に配置されており、
前記第1拡幅部には、前記光検出素子と電気的に接続された配線の端部が配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の分光器。 - 前記第1拡幅部において互いに対向する前記光検出素子の1つの端子と前記配線の1つの前記端部とは、複数のバンプによって互いに接続されており、
前記複数のバンプは、前記第2方向に沿って並んでいる、請求項5に記載の分光器。 - 前記第1拡幅部の側面と前記光検出素子との間には、樹脂からなる部材が充填されている、請求項5又は6に記載の分光器。
- 前記側壁部のうち、前記底壁部とは反対側において、前記第1拡幅部の内側の空間が拡幅された第2拡幅部に配置されたカバーを更に備える、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の分光器。
- 前記カバーと前記光検出素子とは、互いに離間している、請求項8に記載の分光器。
- 前記第2拡幅部の側面と前記カバーとの間には、樹脂からなる部材が充填されている、請求項8又は9に記載の分光器。
- 前記第3方向から見た場合に、前記第2方向における前記支持体の長さは、前記第1方向における前記支持体の長さよりも、大きい、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の分光器。
