Claims (17)
- 密度及び/又は可塑性の異なる複数の材料から成る材料複合体を機械的に破砕するための装置(10)において、
供給側と流出側とを有する破砕室(14)を有しており、該破砕室(14)は、特に円筒形で及び/又は下方に向かって円錐形に拡張された破砕室壁(42)によって包囲されており、且つ内部にそれぞれ少なくとも1つのロータ(26,28,30)が当該破砕室(14)に対して同軸的に配置された、軸方向に連続する少なくとも2つの部分を有しており、前記ロータ(26,28,30)はそれぞれ、ロータ軸と、運転中は少なくとも概ね半径方向に前記破砕室(14)内へ延びる打撃工具(38)とを有しており、
前記供給側では、前記破砕室(14)の上に、前記ロータ(26,28,30)の中心領域を覆う供給円錐体(12)が配置されており、該供給円錐体(12)の上に流入漏斗(11)が配置されており、該流入漏斗(11)と前記供給円錐体(12)との間には、大きさ(d)が調節可能な流入領域が形成されており、
前記連続する少なくとも2つの部分に配置された前記ロータ(26,28,30)の回転方向は、互いに逆方向であり、
軸方向に間隔を置いて、複数の導出リブ(48)が、前記破砕室壁(42)の内側に環状に配置されており、及び/又は前記破砕室壁(42)の半径が、上から下に向かって増大しており、
前記破砕室(14)に関連して、該破砕室(14)内に生じた粒子/空気混合物を案内するための空気流装置が配置されており、該空気流装置は、前記破砕室(14)の軸線に対して同軸的に配置された少なくとも1つのファンロータ(31)を有しており、該ファンロータ(31)は、各前記ロータ(26,28,30)とは関係無く当該ファンロータ(31)を回転させるために専用のファン駆動装置(25)を介して駆動される独自の軸(33)を有している
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記流入漏斗(11)と前記供給円錐体(12)との間の間隔(d)が調節可能である、請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記流入漏斗(11)は、前記破砕室(14)の中心軸線に対して同軸的に、軸方向に移動可能に配置されている、請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記流入漏斗(11)と前記供給円錐体(12)との間に形成された流入領域は、前記破砕室(14)の中心軸線を挟んで少なくともほぼ同一に形成されている、請求項2又は3記載の装置。
- 当該装置は、前記ファン駆動装置(25)用の制御装置を有しており、前記供給側には粉塵センサが配置されており、前記ファン駆動装置(25)は、前記粉塵センサの出力信号に応じて制御可能である、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記制御装置と前記ファン駆動装置(25)とが、異なる回転速度での前記ファンロータ(31)の運転を可能にし、前記回転速度は前記粉塵センサの出力信号に応じて制御可能である、請求項5記載の装置。
- 前記打撃工具(38)は、1つのロータにおいて、複数の平面内に互いにずらされて配置されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記供給側から前記流出側に向かって連続する前記部分に設けられた前記各ロータ(26,28,30)は、それぞれロータカバー(34)を有しており、該ロータカバー(34)の半径は、前記破砕室(14)の軸方向長さにわたって一定に保たれている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記各ロータ(26,28,30)は、他のロータとは関係無く制御可能な専用の駆動装置を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記各ロータ(26,28,30)は、前記打撃工具(38)を取り外し可能に取り付けるための取付け装置(36)を有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 材料の供給方向において後続のロータ(28,30)は、その前に配置されたロータ(26,28)よりも多くの前記打撃工具(38)を有している、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記破砕室(14)の下方の前記流出側には、平らな分散器底部(16)が配置されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 当該装置の前記流出側には、微粒子回収設備、例えば沈降室(19)が接続されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 当該装置(10)の前記流出側には、粉塵分離器が接続されている、請求項1から13までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記流出側には、制御式の案内装置を介して前記微粒子回収設備(19)又は前記粉塵分離器が選択的に接続可能である、請求項13を引用する請求項14記載の装置。
- 前記案内装置は、前記粉塵センサの信号によって制御可能である、請求項5又は6を引用する請求項15記載の装置。
- 前記破砕室壁(42)には、軸方向又は斜めに延在する衝突条片(46)が配置されている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
