Abstract
Description

(c)第1の圧縮段および第2の圧縮段を通って前進させたステントバルブのうち露出された部分上にわたって送達装置の拘束用シースを摺動させるステップと、
(d)ステップ(a)、(b)および(c)を順に1回以上繰り返して、ステントの少なくとも一部を徐々に圧縮して送達カテーテルに装填するステップとを含む。

その後、装填管装置120を、第2または近位側のシース30b、および任意には中間管130を囲むように組立てることができる。セグメント122を適所に嵌合させて、オーバーチューブ124およびナット126によって固定する。
Claims (17)
- 心臓用ステントバルブを圧縮して送達カテーテルに装填するために使用される装置であって、
前記ステントバルブを圧縮するための第1の圧縮段と、
前記第1の圧縮段に連結されるかまたは連結可能な第2の圧縮段とを備え、前記第2の圧縮段は、前記第1の圧縮段を通過した後、前記ステントバルブの一部をさらに圧縮するように構成される、装置。 - 前記第1の圧縮段が中空チャネルを含み、前記第1の圧縮段は、前記中空チャネル内における長手方向へのステントの前進に応じて、または前記前進に伴って、前記ステントを徐々に圧縮するように構成される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の圧縮段は、前記第2の圧縮段内において前記ステントを前進させることなく、前記第2の圧縮段において前記ステントの一部を圧縮するように構成される、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の圧縮段が、前記第1の圧縮段の出口において、または前記出口に位置するように、解放可能に連結される、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の装置。
