Description
・大きな負荷経路の継ぎ目を縫う必要がなく、これは軽量靴に特に重要である。
・ミッドソールをなくして靴の片側から他側へ連続する構造を与えることが可能であり、ローワーが靴の移動負荷の下側に構造部を有していなければならないという要件を排除する。これにより、設計の切離し、アッパーおよびローワーの一体化が可能になるため、衝撃吸収、効率的な筋力移動、衝撃吸収および減衰についてローワーをより最適化することができ、ローワーをより軽量に作ることができる。
・工夫された伸張、通気性、負荷伝達、生体測定の組込み、および損傷から保護するための足首支持等について、靴モノコックの精巧な工夫された設計が可能になる。
・費用および労力削減のため、靴の自動製造が可能になる。
・靴アッパーの精巧な工夫された設計が可能になり、一体製造プロセスにより、複数のモデル年度および靴プラットフォームにわたる投資を償却することができる。
・設計自由度により、靴設計および製造プロセスになった工夫の利点を保持しつつ、モノコックをいくつかの異なるスタイルの靴で使用することができる。
Claims (31)
- 少なくとも1つの一方向テープを備える補強要素と、
前記一方向テープ内に配置されたモノフィラメントとを備え、
前記モノフィラメントのすべてが前記テープ内の所定の方向に位置し、
前記モノフィラメントが40ミクロン未満の直径を有し、
個々のモノフィラメントが隣接するモノフィラメントに当接し、または隣接する強化モノフィラメント群のうちの個々のモノフィラメント間の間隔が、非当接モノフィラメント間の範囲内の、モノフィラメント外径の最大50倍の間隙距離以内であることを特徴とする積層体。 - 請求項1に記載の積層体であって、前記モノフィラメントが、被覆され接着樹脂に埋め込まれたモノフィラメントに押し出され、引き出され、または変換されることを特徴とする積層体。

f.前記第2の複合レイアップを前記雄型から取り外して、前記第2の複合レイアップを前記雌型内で前記第1の複合レイアップ上に配置するステップと、
g.かかる第1の複合レイアップおよびかかる第2の複合レイアップを周方向に接合するステップと、
h.前記第1の複合レイアップおよび前記第2の複合レイアップを硬化させて、少なくとも1つの3次元成形物品を形成するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項20に記載の方法であって、少なくとも1つの開口部をかかる少なくとも1つの3次元成形物品に成形するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項21に記載の方法であって、かかる少なくとも1つの開口部を通して、かかるオプションの剥離ライナを除去するステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法であって、少なくとも1つの補強構造をかかる少なくとも1つの3次元成形物品に加えるステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法であって、かかる少なくとも1つの3次元成形物品が靴の内部に組み込まれることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法であって、かかる少なくとも1つの3次元成形物品がバッグの内部に組み込まれることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法であって、かかる少なくとも1つの3次元成形物品がガス不透過性であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項20に記載の方法であって、かかる少なくとも1つの3次元成形物品が、ガス膨張式であるように構成されることを特徴とする方法。
- 3次元成形された可撓性複合部品を製造する方法であって、
a)周囲材料を第1の部品側から第2の部品側に折り重ねて、重なり継ぎ目の領域を有する2次元可撓性複合部品を形成することにより、2つの対称な可撓性複合部品を接合するステップと、
b)かかる2つの対称な可撓性複合部品を硬化させて、中空内部を有する一体型の3次元成形された可撓性複合部品を形成するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 3次元成形された可撓性複合部品を製造するシステムであって、
前記複合部品の設計に到達するために使用可能な設計段階と、
前記複合材料が統合され硬化される少なくとも1つの金型を備えた複合材料レイアップの実施を含む作製段階とを含むことを特徴とするシステム。 - 請求項29に記載のシステムであって、前記3次元成形された可撓性複合部品がCステージまたはBステージの複合履物アッパーを備えることを特徴とするシステム。
- 請求項20の方法により製造されたことを特徴とする、3次元成形された可撓性複合部品。
