Abstract
Description
“エイペックス”又は“ビード・フィラー・エイペックス”とは、ビードコアの半径方向上部かつプライと折返しプライとの間に位置する弾性フィラーを意味する。
1.周方向リブを分離している複数の周方向溝、ここで各溝は底部と二つの側壁を含む;および
一つ又は複数の溝補強材、ここで各溝補強材は、いずれかその他の前記一つ又は複数の溝補強材から横方向に間隔をあけて配置されている;
を含むトレッドであって;
各溝補強材は一つの周方向溝に隣接して配置され;
少なくとも一つの周方向溝はそれに隣接する溝補強材を持たず;そして
各溝補強材はトレッドの半径方向内面から半径方向外側の方向に、隣接する周方向溝の少なくとも底部にまで延び、その溝の底部の少なくとも一部を形成している
トレッドを含むタイヤ。
約50phr〜120phrのフィラー(そのフィラーの少なくとも20phrは高表面積カーボンブラックである)と;そして
10phr〜30phrのフェノール樹脂
を含む、1記載のタイヤ。

Claims (5)
- 周方向リブを分離している複数の周方向溝、ここで各溝は底部と二つの側壁を含む;および
一つ又は複数の溝補強材、ここで各溝補強材は、いずれかその他の前記一つ又は複数の溝補強材から横方向に間隔をあけて配置されている;
を含むトレッドであって;
各溝補強材は一つの周方向溝に隣接して配置され;
少なくとも一つの周方向溝はそれに隣接する溝補強材を持たず;そして
各溝補強材はトレッドの半径方向内面から半径方向外側の方向に、隣接する周方向溝の少なくとも底部にまで延び、その溝の底部の少なくとも一部を形成している
トレッドを特徴とするタイヤ。 - 少なくとも一つの溝補強材が非対称形の溝補強材であり、半径方向に延びて隣接する溝の少なくとも一つの側壁の少なくとも一部を形成し、一つの側壁上の非対称形溝補強材の一部は他の側壁上の非対称形溝補強材のいずれかの一部よりもさらに半径方向に延びていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- トレッドが半径方向最内部のトレッドベースをさらに特徴とし、各溝補強材は、該トレッドベースの半径方向外面から半径方向外側の方向に、隣接する周方向溝の少なくとも底部にまで延びて、その溝の底部の少なくとも一部を形成している、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
- 各溝補強材がトレッドベースの半径方向内面から延びていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタイヤ。
- 各溝補強材が隣接する溝の底部を形成し、半径方向にさらに延びて、その溝の側壁の少なくとも半径方向内側4分の1及び最大半径方向内側4分の3を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタイヤ。
