- 複数の尾根(7)と谷(8)とからなる波形パターンを有している熱伝達面(6)を備えている熱交換器プレート(1)であって、
ポートホール(2)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間に配置されている開かれた断熱分配領域(11)と、
ポートホール(5)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間に配置されている閉じられた断熱領域(12)と、を有し、
前記開かれた断熱分配領域(11)は、対角線方向の溝(13)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間に配置されている対角線方向の開かれた側部分配支持部分(14)と、前記対角線方向の溝(13)と前記ポートホール(2)との間に配置されている対角線方向の開かれた側部断熱支持部分(15)と、を有し、
前記閉じられた断熱領域(12)は、対角線方向の閉じられた溝(16)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間に配置されている対角線方向の閉じられた側部分配支持部分(17)と、前記対角線方向の閉じられた溝(16)と前記ポートホール(5)との間に配置されている対角線方向の閉じられた側部断熱支持部分(18)と、を有する熱交換器プレートにおいて、

- 前記伝達経路(21)は前記バイパス経路(22)よりも入口ポートホール(2)に近い、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記伝達経路(21)と前記バイパス経路(22)は前記波形パターンのプレス深さの半分の高さを有している、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記熱伝達面(6)の前記波形パターンは、まっすぐな、長さ方向の複数の波形を有している、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記熱伝達面(6)の前記波形パターンの角度は、長さ方向の軸線(9)に対して20度と70度との間の角度を有している、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の複数の熱交換器プレート(1)を有する熱交換器。
- 入口ポート(102、204)と、出口ポート(103、205)と、それら入口ポートおよび出口ポートの間に、交差した波形パターンを有している熱伝達通路(106、206)と、を有する熱交換器において、
断熱通路(111、211)と熱伝達通路(106、206)との間の伝達通路(121、221)と、流路密封ガスケット(120、220)と前記熱伝達面(106、206)との間のバイパス通路(122、222)と、をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記バイパス通路(122、222)は前記伝達通路(121、221)よりも広い、請求項8に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記伝達通路(121)は、熱交換器プレートの上側の前記伝達経路(21)と、回転して設けられている熱交換器プレートの下側の前記バイパス経路(32)の裏面と、の間に得られる、請求項8または9に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記バイパス通路(122)は、熱交換器プレートの上側の前記バイパス経路(22)と、回転して設けられている熱交換器プレートの下側の前記伝達経路(31)の裏面との間に得られる、請求項8から10のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
- 前記バイパス通路(122)内で、1つの熱交換器プレートの前記熱伝達面(6)の端部領域(25)は他の熱交換器プレートの前記バイパス経路(22)の上方を延びている、請求項8から11のいずれかに記載の熱交換器。
